Answer:	I use the Bona Hardwood mop motion to apply. Just spray and mop. You don't need to use pressure. I mop the floors every other week so there is not much dirt build up. Don't use like you would do with water. Spray once then mop, spray again then mop.

Answer:	According to the Bona website: The Professional Series cleaners were originally created for the janitorial community and have a stronger degreaser in them than our regular cleaners. Answer:	I've been using a Turbo Mop for a while and haven't had any issues with streaking. It could also have to do with the amount of cleaner you're using, sometimes less is more.

Answer:	Only just after applying. This is by far the best wood floor cleaner I have found and it makes your home smell incredible. I have even bought it for the office I work at. They were using Windex! Of all things and since using method the floors look almost new! I highly recommend this product!

Answer:	You shouldn’t use this product if your floors have wax on them. Its only a cleaner and it may partially remove the wax and leave a dull finish.

Answer:	My house keeper uses this product once a week. She sweeps the floor with a broom, applies Bona lightly and uses a Swifter to mop and remove the liquid. This is a very light watery cleaner, no wax or build up at all. The spray bottle is convenient and lasts for months (around 1200 square feet of flooring). As I said in my review, this is the only product that has been used on my floors since they were installed about ten years ago. My floors are engineered Brazilian hardwood, medium dark color.

Question:	Can Murphy oil soap be used to clean porcelain floors
Answer:	I would not hesitate. Just add to warm water and mop. If you're concerned about the grout you may want to do a patch test. I clean all my floors and I have satillo tiles downstairs.
Question:	Can I use this on laminate cabinets
Answer:	that depends on what type of laminate materials are used in the making of your cabinets. For example most are made from a hard plastic in which case the oils in Murphy's would be of no real value they may get clean and smell nice but as the oils will not penetrate. Although some laminates are made of thin layers of actual real wood and as such may gain some value from the oils in Murphy's you should find out if your cabinets are either high or low pressure as I would be careful to not over use any oils on low pressure wood materials.I strongly recommend that you consult with your cabinet maker as to what clear to be using.
Question:	Can I use it on my bamboo floors
Answer:	Murphy's is recommended for finished wood floors. If your bamboo floors are not finished we do not recommend the use of this product.
Question:	How effective is this for removing grease from the cabinets
Answer:	I can't be sure since I don't have this problem; however, when I moved into my apartment the original wood plank floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and had places where there was tons of grime. The apartment had been cleaned, but it looked like they just dust mopped the floors or something. :( I had to wash the floors on hands and knees. I filled a very large bucket with hot water (wore gloves) and the oil soap mixed at a ratio as per the instructions suggested. I used a soft bristle cleaning brush to scrub the grime off first, then went back over again with cleaning rags. I had to change my bucket water about 3 or 4 times! That's how dirty the water was!!! But the floors were gorgeous afterwards. They looked so beautiful and again, they are the original wood floors that were from when the house was built in the 70s! Now, I keep a glass spray bottle with a mixture of water and the oil soap and just mop the floor that way. I only do the 'hand and knees' thing maybe once every 8 months or so. It works wonderfully! So, to answer your question in a long and not-so-direct way, I don't see why this wouldn't work for you to remove grease from your cabinets. Good luck!

Answer:	The pro series is a bit more aggressive but still will not harm your floors and if you buy the professional concentrate then it can be diluted and save you $$$ vs buying the nonconentrated.

Answer:	I have engineered bamboo flooring. I used a few spray mop type products on my floor and they seemed to be ok although I noticed a tiny bit of glaze after awhile. When I tried Murphy's, it completely ruined my floors and made them tacky and hazy. I assume it was a reaction. I had to spend a couple of weeks stripping everything off with vinegar. Now I only use bona.

Answer:	I have used it - some of my finish is a bit worn off in high traffic areas. It doesn't make it like new but it can be used to clean. It makes it more shiny.

Answer:	I have used other Weiman products but never their floor cleaner. But what I do know is that several different companies who have come in to work on our floors over the years recommended Bona. It was amazing to restore "well used" older wood floors and now that we have completely redone our floors this product makes them look gorgeous. I will never use anything else again.

Answer:	I have good results with my 2700 PSI 2.3 GPM pressure washer, so yours should work great.

Answer:	If you can get a pressure washer machine, hoses, water, etc. up on the roof, (I assume you are talking a metal roof that is smooth and flat), I see no reason why it would not operate as intended.

Answer:	Their recommendation is at least a 2800 PSI machine. Our experience here is a minimum of 3000 psi. So it will push it but not extremely fast.

Answer:	For home use you may not need casters but for professional surface cleaners that you will use every day you will run into many situations where casters will come in handy when cleaning things like uneven surfaces such as driveways and sidewalks that have cracked, become uneven, partially tipped, or sunk, or when cleaning pavers that are spaced a bit wide between each other. Wide cracks can cause the surface cleaner to lose it's ability to float which causes it to drag on the surface rather than hover. The other problem that you will encounter is the brush around the base of many surface cleaners will eventually wear uneven over time as it makes contact with pavement, and when it becomes uneven from wear the surface cleaner will not hover properly. Wheel kits are a great idea in a professional environment. I build my own wooden platform out of 2"x2"s, threaded stock, and 3 good quality swivel wheels. The wooden frame sits above the surface cleaner. One wheel sits out in front of the surface cleaner and the other two sit on each side at the back. The threaded stock is attached through the wooden frame and through the top of the surface cleaner and is then used to raise/lift it up slightly above the ground surface just enough to keep the brush from dragging on the pavement. Wheels work great for uneven surface cleaning and should be considered if you use it commercially . After 12 years in business I consider wheels on a surface cleaner a necessity. IMO

Answer:	4 tablespoons equal 1/4 cup. This is the amount for a gallon. So for one quart, divide that by 4 (4 quarts to a gallon), and you get 1tbsp to the quart, or 1 1/2 teaspoons (3 teaspoons to a tablespoon) to the pint. Most sprayers hold about a pint so a couple teaspoons should be plenty, not 4 tablespoons.

Answer:	You need a special mop. It has a flat, rectangular head about 10" x 6", roughly. It looks like a Swiffer mop head. It has a terrycloth cover that you can wash. Bruce sells a bottle that has a spray bottle. The product pictured is a refill. You can buy any spray bottle at the dollar store. Lightly spray the hardwood floor, and mop it dry with the terrycloth mop. I have had great experience with this product. It leaves the floor very shiny.
