Answer:	I just want to note that your daughter is capable of swallowing large pills. The issue is the brain does not register it as food and the gag reflex kicks in. I have a 7 yr old boy who can swallow 8 pills at a time of all sizes. one being a omega 3 pill and they are HUGE!!! The key is to showing them that they already swallow something much larger when they eat. Have her chew a bite of bread and spit in into her hand right before she swallows. Then put the pill next to it. Her brain will see it and she should not have an issue after the first two tries. Does not work for everyone but it is worth a shot.
