Question:	Will it work on clog that is several feet past the trap in shower
Answer:	At least in my bathroom sink, it was a disaster. This product dissolved something and the pvc pipe detached from the pipe under the sink causing a leak that damaged everything I had inside the cabinet and the hair was still in there. I had a clogged sink and now I have a useless sink because I have to find a plumber to fix the pipes. Thankfully I have two more bathrooms with sinks that I can use. Take the risk if you want, I'm not using it never again.
Question:	No instructions on using with garbage disposal? Do you do it the same way as if you just had a drain with no disposal
Answer:	I didn't use it immediately after Drano, but I used it after trying Drano for months if not years with limited results. This worked the first time I used it and three months later the drain is still flowing free. I was frankly amazed. I've never seen a product work as well. (I did flush with boiling water after letting this work overnight. I don't know if it enhanced the effect, but I am extremely pleased with it.)

Question:	Is this manual? Or can I attach a drill at the end
Answer:	It can be used both manually or with a drill. I would not use it with a drill, it will break in short order. The place where the drill attaches is a metal plug surrounded by thin plastic and not sturdy at all. If you need an electric snake you would be better off getting a used Milwaukee unit on ebay, even though they are a little pricey, they will not break the second time you use it. I wouldn't even get this to use manually--the crank handle snaps into the plastic drum via clips and is not permanently attached--very flimsy. Get a sturdier crank model.
Question:	I need a 50 foot cable. Can I detach the 25 foot cable and attach a 50 foot cable
Answer:	Yes, I have installed a 50 ft 1/4" cable in mine. This Ridgid is more robust than most and the auto feed is a nice feature. But, do not leave more than 4-5 inches out from the drain opening while spinning. Go slow and easy when you come to an obstruction.
Question:	Does it have the ability to accept interchangable heads
Answer:	Hi. No you cannot use interchangeable head. The Cable and head are one unit. You can change the complete cable.
Question:	How will I know when the max cable length is reached? Does it stop turning or what
Answer:	I took mine apart to install a longer cable. The cable diameter is increased slightly at the end such that it will not feed out even if the trigger is pulled. Also at the end you will notice a red colored inner core, appears to be thin nylon cord. Lastly the very end is fastened to the inner housing with a screw and washer, plus increased diameter (again) to help prevent slipping out where it is fastened.

Answer:	The lift capacity of the Zoeller M267 Waste-Mate Sewage Pump is 20' max. 21.5' is shutoff.

Answer:	We have a kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and washer using this pump in our basement (not all necessarily used at the same time). We have two other Zoellers for ground water and are very happy with them.

Answer:	It has turbine blades that create the pumps suction and says it moves 2 inch solids. That sounds like it will pump sewage, but the tank my pump is in, is an overflow from my sewage tank. Zoeller has their own websight and should answer your questions on line:)
Question:	Can it collect hair
Answer:	We use the pump as part of our basement bathroom plumbing system that includes one toilet, a shower, and two sinks. The pump can take care of that kind of household sewage for sure. I am not sure what else it can handle. Our plumber advised us not to flush tampons down that toilet because of the sump pump.

Question:	How many hours should i leave in the toilet
Answer:	I think it depends on how long a pipe you have and the pitch of the pipe. I have a 30 ft almost level drain from my kitchen sink. I had a very slow drain but it was many feet past the trap so the blockage did not backup the water quickly. I tried 4 applications of Green Gobbler over 2 days (yes I used hot water, 30 minute soak, overnight soak, boiling water, etc) and it did not work. I will try the Green main line stuff, and the bio-clean. Hope something works.
Question:	is this two, two packs or one, two pack
Answer:	My disposal was clogged up when it quit working and the water was also backed up in my dishwasher. I ordered some more Green Gobbler with the 2 spouts and used one in my disposal, waited 15 minutes +, then poured a pan of hot water in it again about 15 or so minutes. It just sat there and didn't go down, but the next morning it was down. I poured another pan of hot water in and the clog was gone. Had to dip out my dishwasher, but then everything worked well. BTW, I wouldn't recommend standing over the sink after pouring in the hot water, because it does fume some.
