Question:	Do I have to use pure water after using this product? Many other brands recommend going over the area again with pure water
Answer:	I would assume so. You probably don't want to pour a lot of water on your floor. It works well for me to put cleaning solution in a mop bucket and scrub the floor the way you old school mop. I would follow up by actually mopping to remove soil left by the brush. I hope I have been helpful.
Question:	can you use this with a hoover steam cleaner
Answer:	Brush is 10" long, 3" wide. Bristles are about 2" deep.

Answer:	Perfectly safe! The bristles are strong but not ridiculous! You'd have to scrub REAL HARD to scratch anything painted. Just used mine today to scrub my stained deck!

Answer:	I have a HOOVER carpet cleaner and it applies the cleaner in a certain area and then the wash cycle is switched to Rinse and you go over the area just cleaned. A lot of dirt comes out of the carpet at this time. So I guess the answer is YES.

Answer:	It works magnificently with my Bissell, I should think it would also work well with your Hoover. Not only is the smell refreshing and real but it cleans so much better than any of the Bissell cleaning products. I also really like BioKleen laundry detergent, as well as their powdered bleach.
Question:	Would this eliminate odors in an old truck that was infested with stinky mice? The odor is unbearable

Answer:	This is totally normal. The liquid in the bottle is too heavy for the bottle material, and they bend and leak in shipping. This is a wonderful product, but you have to buy it locally, or else order it without a spray nozzle-- the regular screw top seems to stay more intact during shipping.

Answer:	this is one the things it does best. I spray it on minutes to days before washing, then wash clothing as normal. I have used in black shirts as well as brights without problem, all cotton.

Answer:	Alcohols, C9-11, ethoxylated . In the future when you have questions about a products formulation you can google the products MSDS sheet. The MSDS gives you all the active ingredients and the potential harm they may cause you. But by inhaling fumes or by skin contact. Keep in mind the INERT additives are protected by law under non discloser. I suppose it keeps the competition guessing. If you are worried about carpet damage that's another thing. I used it and it was very mild, yet it did a wonderful job. The MSDS sheets are great. I was a farmer and before we used any farm product we researched all the potential hazards to humans and animals.

Answer:	Not familiar with "instant" variety. I use Kids n Pets spray for my kitty's litter box and it is fantastic. Faint yet nice smell. Non-toxic for her. Kills odors. Because of my success with it, I decided to try the carpet shampoo offering. It is just as great. Carpet looks great and produces a nice yet gentle "clean" smell. The fact that it is non-toxic is the cherry on top.
Question:	Does it remove cat pee odors

Answer:	Even though it says Carpet Stain Remover, I use it on all my washable laundry items for spot stains. I also carry a folex filled travel size hair spray bottle in my purse at all times for those pesky times I get food stains on my clothing. As with most stains the sooner you can remove the stain, the better. It is the best product I have ever found and also works well with cat stains. The best price is usually at Home Depot in the cleaning products section.
