Answer:	One large solid piece.
Question:	Is this the same foam that pelican sells for over
Answer:	I haven't placed them side by side for a direct comparison. What I can tell you is that this foam is very sturdy and works as well as the original foam. I've cut it out and drug it through many competitions and the foam looks and holds as well as it did on day one. Been using it for about 3 years now.
Question:	When cutting the foam, you should cut the shape about 1/4 inch -1/2 inch smaller to obtain a snug fit, is this correct
Answer:	Hey Jerry, if you cut the foam 1/2" undersized the object will be darn near impossible to remove without disturbing the foam. I/4" should be fine, you can always relieve the cut if it's too tight.

Answer:	Yes it does, only on inside but not for the base or separate parts. You can easily use the ones in the drawers if your worried about the separate peices moving but mine is pretty sturdy. It's a beautiful organizer.

Answer:	I ordered the black one and it was solid black, just like the picture. Tawny is a shade of brown so Yes it would look brown. The picture is how it looks, the same color, so a see thru dark brown. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Not exactly sure. It is soft black fabric- maybe cotton or some type of polyester blend. It is very soft (like a cloth to clean glasses), but durable.
