Question:	Should I tear off the blue paper
Answer:	4 in each pack. But, I would not recommend this product! It actually stained my toilet bowls with blue streaks that would not come off even with bleach. I finally got the off by fading them with oxyclean powder and white vinegar in a paste. But I had to apply it several times before the stains were completely gone. It also created a blackish thick film in the tank that had to be scrubbed and scraped off.

Answer:	This product usually works great, but the batch i ordered actually didn’t touch my stains! I wondered if product was watered down, and product was thrown in the box randomly without packing! Out of all the vendors I bought this product from, only one vendor didn’t deliver! Cannot remember vendor at this time! The bottle with the red strip claiming it kills 99.9% bacteria has worked wonderfully! All blue label might possibly be an older product! I’ve used this for years and is the only product that works on my toilet, shower and sink since I have a high iron residual from my well! In summary its a great product that works for me, only buy with the red on the label since the all blue might be an older batch! It should start dissolving as you squirt it on the stain immediately without scrubbing! We usually empty toilet with a bucket of water for cleaning to expose the whole bowl so product is full strength against the stain versus having it diluted by water in the bowl! Easier than turning water off! In 30 years I only got that one batch, not sure if seller tampering or bad batch! You usually see results immediately, the bad batch i used the whole bottle with no results!
