Answer:	Yes. I found the spray nozzle type mostly on line. Works well. I don’t use it weekly, mostly 2-3 weeks, and it works fine at those intervals.

Answer:	I didn't notice it slowing down but it certainly wasn't as fast as I expected. I believe I could have scrubbed that quickly on my own!!

Question:	does this clean tough soap scum
Answer:	Yes. My son made some vinegar cucumber concoction when we were away on vacation and spilled vinegar on our marble table. It was pretty bad. This stuff worked very well. My husband worked many hours on it but it looks like new. It is worth it to get some. It takes a lot of rubbing but it worked.
Question:	Is this safe for gray grout? I am worried about it staining the color of my grout
Answer:	I would doubt it very much. I bought this to refresh an Empress green marble countertop, which was basically in fine condition; just needed to shine up a few areas, no stains. There was no improvement at all. Need a professional to go over the top (if I care enough!) I have removed stains from a honed carrera marble floor using peroxide-not the regular strength, but a heavy duty 12% solution that recommends dilution. I used it straight, and kept off that area until it dried, which took about 6 days. The stains were gone! Sealed it, and the area is now perfect.

Question:	Can this be used to clean the mold in the washing machine
Answer:	Good Afternoon. RMR-86 should not be used on anything metal, as it is corrosive. RMR-141 could be used to clean the area and kill the mold, but will not remove the stains. If you have any further questions, feel free to call 866-822-8744 or email [email protected]
Question:	Would this work on a memory foam mattress
Answer:	I wouldn't recommend using any liquid period on a memory foam mattress. Moisture can ruin the foam and not just aestheticly. Think about a kitchen sponge, it never fully recovers to original form once wet and gets worse over time....that's essentially what you're doing to your bed.
Question:	My cleaning lady likes to use bleach to clean - is this an effective alternative? Thanks
Answer:	The active ingredient in liquid bleach is sodium hypochlorite. The active ingredient in this product is sodium hypochlorite, so it's the same thing, not an alternative. I don't understand why people would pay $17 for 1/4 gallon of bleach and some added surfactant myself. I can buy 5 gallons of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite locally that is a day old or less (bleach degrades and weakens over time and is typically too weak to sanitize around the house about 90 days after it is bought off the store shelf per EPA standards). For the same $17 and have 20x as much, fresher and MUCH stronger than what this is for the same money because this product is probably about 5% or less sodium hypochlorite. I didn't see what percentage of active ingredient was in this product, and I'm assuming that is on purpose.
Question:	Does this kill Black mold or does it just beach it
Answer:	we had a bunch of black mold on one spot of our house when we moved it. Power washed it, bleached it, tried 30 second stuff and nothing. It just kept coming back. We got this and almost a year later it is still gone. It did take about 3 times spraying it but it was a huge and thick spot. We did not scrub at all due to how high the spot was

Question:	Worried this product left white film patches on my tile floors, How can I fix this problem
Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. Question:	Will this product work with the white grout around the white marble tile ? do i need to cover or to protect the marble since it is a real stone
Answer:	It does not require rinsing, and I have not found it to leave a shine on my floors. My floors are travertine, and they have a satin finish on them.

Answer:	I don't have any hard water stains, but overall it is an excellent bathroom cleaner. Leaves the tub shiny and smells great. I highly recommend this product. I was first introduced to this product when I stayed at an hotel in Las Vegas a few years ago. I asked the maid how they get the shower glass to stay so clean she said they used Zep products to clean the bathrooms. I have been using the product ever since. Happy Cleaning.
