Question:	IS it silly to mop my hardwood floors with this? How much would I need to put in the bucket
Answer:	If the grates are cast iron we would not recommend using the product on the surface.

Answer:	We use this to clean the white porcelain top of stove plus the grates. It often takes a few tries if the stain has been allowed to remain for days. It works for the vast majority of the burned stains. I have never used the Grate Cleaner so I cannot comment on it. I may buy it just to try it, too.

Answer:	The Plant Therapy website recommends using it on sealed services. So I think that it would be a personal choice to use it on wood or not. I haven’t had the product long so I haven’t used it for wood myself. It seems to work great on my ceramic cooktop though.

Answer:	I do not advise diluting- this is an awesome cleaner. As I suggested in answering an earlier question - I use the o cedar pro most spray mop and purchase extra pads ( they are machine washable). It does not take a lot of the cleaner and it does a great job.

Answer:	If the old royal was a piece of junk, then yes! Don't waste your money. This one is loud, doesn't vacuum well, and drops dirt and crumbs out of the brush head.
Question:	It may work well, but it's not without some chemicals: Phenoxyethanol which is basically denatured alcohol and bad for wood floors (and humans
Answer:	The Dirt Devil is rated for 120V and 2 Amps. Therefore, the Watt rating is 240 Watts. This is only 1/4 to 1/3 of the watts required to run a hairdryer. So the Dirt Devil should easily plug into any circuit in your house without tripping a breaker, even if another appliance or lamp is plugged into same. Compare the power draw of the Dirt Devil to 2ea 100W light bulbs + 1 each 40W light bulb...it's a no-brainer. Most sockets in the home run on a 20Amp breaker, which can handle 2,400 watts across all the sockets on the same breaker. Typically, each room in your house runs on a single 20Amp breaker. Answer:	Brush is 51/2 inches wide . Have no carpeted stairs now . For 6 years of using the dirt devil , I reccomend it . Used to be a perfectionist about cleaning . Had 3 cats and 2 dogs. Am a very small female . Did and does a great job . No need to run over the same area to pick up dirt . The crevice tool is stretched . That makes it easy and quick to do edging now and then . Flows easily over carpet and furniture . I can do our 2 couches daily in 4 to 5 min. Meant stretched not stretched . Fast , easy and efficient

Question:	Can this be used on Marble surfaces
Answer:	CleanWell Botanical Disinfecting sprays and wipes have been tested and approved for use on hard, non-porous surfaces. While marble is technically a porous material, most modern day countertops have been sealed in such a way as to make them impervious to liquids. However, we always recommend that you follow the instructions of your specific manufacturer or installer. When in doubt, do a small spot test in an inconspicuous area to test compatibility. Question:	Will this product clean my bathroom tub and tile will it prevent mold and meldew
Answer:	That's a great question. There are many, many different strains of molds and mildews that might be encountered in different environments. One of the most common of these is Aspergillus niger, or black mold, which we have tested successfully against. It is important to note, that while our solution will kill this particular organism, this product contains no bleaching agents, and so may not remove the stains that are often associated with black mold. Question:	Why is the "bathroom" cleaner so much cheaper than the all purpose cleaner if they have the same ingredient of Thymol and just have different scents
Answer:	The cleaner described it's scent as citrus. It is not a citrus scent. The scent should be labeled as "Bug Spray". The price difference may be an attempt to unload the cleaner.
