Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. Answer:	It should work. It is installed with a T50 staple gun on the inside. The material is basically foil covered bubble wrap so you can pinch it to fit. I'd recommend pinching it far from the zipper opening to avoid issues

Answer:	I used 1/4 6mm staples in my staple gun and and left o space between staples. No tape needed on my application. I use my attic often and have had zero issues with access or zipper. I do take my time with zipper because of others review of it being the weak link. This dropped my temps this summer by 20 degrees per my infrared thermometer. Hope this helps.

Question:	Two questions. 1. Does the cleaning solution have an odor (I have allergies)? 2. Can this be used to freshen an oriental area rug
Answer:	If you have allergies and an Oriental rug, I would get rid of the rug!! If it is an authentic hand knotted rug- then it's wool!! If you have allergies you MAY be allergic to the wool itself. ALso, I would have it professinally cleaned- not because YOU can;'t clean it, but wool rugs are incredibly heavy when wet and terribly difficult to properly dry completely. Unless you have a big backyard and live in the arid southwest, I would not attempt cleaning. I have a large wool rug from Afghanistan I tried cleaning myself (you have to use natural SOAPS AND NO ARTIFICIAL DETERGENTS!!) on wool- it weighed a ton when wet and took FOREVER to dry on a very hot wall in 114F degree summer heat. The wool just smells when it's wet, like a wet dog (wet sheep actually ;) so, next time it will be done by a pro who has the equipment, tools and dryer for them.
Question:	What's the difference between the 1785a model and 1785w model
Answer:	I just read that the difference between the two: the 1785W is 3000 RPM's and the 1785A is 3500 RPM's.
Question:	Can you use your own solution
Answer:	I have a 20 yr old carpet cleaning Bissel and I use my own solution. Of course the manufacturer will only endorse their own cleaning products. They can't guarantee the results if you use something else. I use 3% hydrogen peroxide with hot water. Use a 1 to 5.5 ratio. (1 peroxide to 5.5 parts water) It cleans, disinfects, and is great for pet stains. Won't hurt your machine using this formula. Hint: Try a 1 to 1 ratio in a spray bottle for cleaning your shower, bathtub and tiles. It kills mildew on contact, nixes the scum on glass and brightens your tub.
Question:	Can this be used for dry vacuuming? And how does this clean grout between tile lines
Answer:	I have tried this for dry vac and tile grout. First off, it is really meant to suck up water. Yes, it will do large items on the floor but not fine dust and dirt from every day. It will suck it up with the water though. As for grout, if you have deep crevice grout, as in the grout is not flush with the top of the tile, you will still need to scrub the grout. I have both and then I also have uneven stone that has pores and crevices in the tile itself and it also doesn't do well on those but it does better than a regular mop EVER did.

Answer:	I didn't notice it slowing down but it certainly wasn't as fast as I expected. I believe I could have scrubbed that quickly on my own!!

Answer:	I doubt the motor in this is up to that kind of task even if they did make a brass-wire head for it. Plus - all plastic contruction = NOT GOOD for that kind of heavy duty application.

Answer:	I used my brush only on grout. It does not have steel bristles, but if used harshly, I would guess that it could tear up caulk.

Answer:	It’s the shape of the bristles according to the manufacturer. One is rounded and one is v shape. I never noticed and just purchased the grout and corner scrubber. Perhaps the ease of use on a more flat surface is the reason.
