Answer:	That cycle may allow the product to be slightly more effective. We have heard from some users who have said the did this and were happy with the results. Anytime you get your machine to work in concert with our cleaner, the end result should be better. Remember to always do another regular load of laundry using your detergent so any foul odors may be rinsed away after we disturb the bio-contaminants with the Ahh-Some Cleaner & Deodorizer.

Answer:	I does NOT smell like bleach, however, it does have a very strong, clean smell, almost like an industrial clean. This is fine for me because I want my machine clean. This item has been the #1 product to deal with any kind of smell coming from a front load washer. I would suggest running a rinse cycle after to dilute the scent left behind and get rid of any possible residual cleaning debris. Leave the door open afterward and the smell will dissipate after a few days, the drum will remain smelling clean without any moldy or mildew odor. The product works. Those complaining just don't want to wait a bit to use the machine again or run a rinse cycle after, which is fine, that's their preference. I have used many machine cleaning products, none work like this and the ones with pretty scents leave a film all over the machine and cause more mold to accumulate.

Answer:	I think because it's so popular and reasonably priced. Before the pandemic, shoprite would sell it on sale 99 cents to $1.49.

Answer:	The bottle is made of top quality plastic so it doesn't break in transit.

Answer:	Thankfully it is not “antibacterial” like products that kill the good bacteria important to our defense system. Soap does a great job killing the bad stuff and this product has hemp, whIch is both antibacterial and antifungal in a way that works with the body, not against it.

Answer:	Purchased this product expressly because the list in the answer to ingredients excluded citric acid. Received our shipment today actual list on the bottle: water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidorophyl betaine, glycerin, fragrance, benzisothiazolinone (and) methylisothizolinone, CITRIC ACID. Ingredients should be a part of regularly listed descriptions.
Question:	Is this gluten free
Answer:	No, this formula is not supposed to be watery in any way. In the past though we have experienced some consistency issues that was limited to a small batch.
