Answer:	This product and most store bought products are not disinfectants, they clean whatever surface you are applying to but truly thatbetter That being said I grew up in New Orleans and I am of the firm belief that Dr. Tichenor's mouthwash will kill anything. Dr. T puts Listerine to shame. But they are antiseptics and kill bacteria. I am assuming you are asking about viral decontaminents. Then you either need ammonia, isopropyl alcohol, straight Lysol or bleach. Not sure about the others but bleach/water 1/9 ratio mixed together just before usage will probably do what you need. I'd suggest double masking one over nose/mouth and a face shield (protects from the fumes). I think people look for a quick, easy product and there just isn't any. There might be industrial products that I am unaware of. But I'm not a scientist or a paranoid janitor. When I was a child I made and ate mud pies. I also got a machine gun round of innoculations in elementary school and boot camp. A lot of parents think that it's wrong to inoculate children. I still haven't figured out why. Then they expect the medical/science people to apply bandaids and tell them its all better and to go back to our illusory sterile existence. Our supreme leader had the gall to push bigpharma into creating vaccines for covid in less than a year. He's an enabler. I'm glad he's being pushed out of office. Answer:	If the grates are cast iron we would not recommend using the product on the surface.

Answer:	We use this to clean the white porcelain top of stove plus the grates. It often takes a few tries if the stain has been allowed to remain for days. It works for the vast majority of the burned stains. I have never used the Grate Cleaner so I cannot comment on it. I may buy it just to try it, too.

Answer:	No. You need to use glass cleaner for glass.

Answer:	Any use of soap with water to clean is antibacterial because it does remove all dirt that harbors bacteria but this does not include the chemicals found in products like Purel/sanitizer products. If you want to make it a better cleaner to also sanitize you can mix in bleach to the solution mix. I do this when I mix the bottle used to clean my bathroom (a mixture of bleach, this concentrate, and water). Adding bleach does make it an antibacterial mixture/cleaner.
Question:	What proportions of water to concentrate to use when refilling multi-surface spray bottle
Answer:	According to Mrs. Meyers website: "The instructions says dilution rate of 1/4 cup concentrate to 1 gallon water. Well, 1/4 cup is 12 teaspoon and 1 gallon is 128 oz. Therefore for the 16 oz Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner, you'll need 1.5 teaspoon to 16 oz spray bottle at this dilution rate." Only 1.5 teaspoon! Great value.
