Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.
Question:	will this mop work for picking up pet hair rather than just smearing it around like most mops do? Thank you
Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	An you use this on wood? Put any liquid in there
Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.

Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.

Answer:	This product is a concentrate. My daughter and I fill about a quarter cup or less and fill water to the 25 fl. oz. line in a spray bottle bought from Home Depot. Its called Zep Commercial Professional Sprayer bottle, 32oz. Its quite a heavy duty sprayer. We tip the bottle up and down to mix solution. We have it in our bathrooms and kitchen. Its gives a nice fragrant, refreshing smell and works great. We use the On Guard essential oils and cough drops. My sister uses the beads to deter any virus. Answer:	Probably. I use this in my vacuum mop. It's pretty gentle stuff. Keep in mind you will only need a few drops in the Braava. I only put two tablespoons in my CrossWave and it has a big tank. A little goes a long ways.

Answer:	It should work with pretty much any kind of mop. Either mix it in a bucket of water to use with a traditional mop or you can dilute it and use it with a microfiber mop. I have a mop from the brand Turbo Mops and I've had good results with it.

Question:	I don't know if I am using this mop correctly
Answer:	I use the Bona Hardwood mop motion to apply. Just spray and mop. You don't need to use pressure. I mop the floors every other week so there is not much dirt build up. Don't use like you would do with water. Spray once then mop, spray again then mop.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the professional version
Answer:	According to the Bona website: The Professional Series cleaners were originally created for the janitorial community and have a stronger degreaser in them than our regular cleaners. However, the Professional Series is safe and easy to use in homes as well. Answer:	I've been using a Turbo Mop for a while and haven't had any issues with streaking. It could also have to do with the amount of cleaner you're using, sometimes less is more.

I use them in Bathroom, Kitchen, Front door area, Laundry room. All rooms it picks everything up from dust, lint, dirt, leaves from plants. I even sometimes tilt the pad diagonal and sweep across the floor and crown molding and it cleans both! But I do see dirt and dust of all types in the middle area, hairs as well!

Finish It:

Cleaning and dusting of your floor surface is needed prior to applying our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish to remove any dust/debris from your floors. Our Quick Shine Premium Spray Mop used with our Quick Shine floor cleaners is a good method as well. Once floor is clean of all dust, dirt, grime and pet hair squirt Finish in an S-shape onto floor in small 5 foot x 5 foot sections at a time. Quickly spread the finish with our Quick Shine Hardwood Floor Mop with the mop pad slightly dampened using broad, even strokes. Floors will dry to a gloss in 30 minutes. After floor is completely dry additional coats can be applied using the same method as above if a higher gloss is desired. Allow the 1st coat to dry for one hour before applying additional coats

Maintain It:

Maintain the shine with a regular cleaning routine using our Premium Quick Shine Spray Mop Kit with our zero-residue Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner or Quick Shine Hardwood Floor Cleaner.
