Answer:	There are no warnings on the label regarding pets, though it does say that if using on a food surface you should rinse afterwards. I personally would do a rinse on the floors after mopping with it if I had pets. Even if you keep them off until it dries, if their food and water are on the floor then the floor becomes a food surface and you sure don’t want them licking it! Better safe than sorry for our four-legged loved ones 🐾🐈🦮🐁🐇

Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

Answer:	Yes! I didn't want to squirt it directly onto my wood floor, so I put 1/4 cup of Simply Floored in about a gallon of hot water in the mop bucket. It works great!

Question:	Will this make my laminate wood floor even more slippery than it already is? Floors are new and the dog hates it
Answer:	It is a possibility that it will; given that when you're cleaning you are removing dirt, dust, and small debris, etc. this can make any floor surface even smoother. HOWEVER, it doesn't contain soapy residues that are in themselves slippery. Bona makes excellent floor cleaners, therefore I would still recommend it over any brand such as Murphy, or pledge.

Question:	can I use it on tile pavers inside home
Answer:	The tile pavers I've seen at the home improvement stores are porous and a course surface texture. If that is the case, you may have a difficult time getting them clean. Perhaps a solution of Tri-Sodium Phosphate (TSP) might be the first order of business. Once clean, you may want to consider a commercial grade clear masonry sealer to prevent this job from being so difficult in the future. After that then the BONA would be useful for routine cleaning.

Question:	Would this work on a memory foam mattress
Answer:	I wouldn't recommend using any liquid period on a memory foam mattress. Moisture can ruin the foam and not just aestheticly. Think about a kitchen sponge, it never fully recovers to original form once wet and gets worse over time....that's essentially what you're doing to your bed.
Question:	My cleaning lady likes to use bleach to clean - is this an effective alternative? Thanks
Answer:	The active ingredient in liquid bleach is sodium hypochlorite. The active ingredient in this product is sodium hypochlorite, so it's the same thing, not an alternative. I don't understand why people would pay $17 for 1/4 gallon of bleach and some added surfactant myself. I can buy 5 gallons of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite locally that is a day old or less (bleach degrades and weakens over time and is typically too weak to sanitize around the house about 90 days after it is bought off the store shelf per EPA standards). For the same $17 and have 20x as much, fresher and MUCH stronger than what this is for the same money because this product is probably about 5% or less sodium hypochlorite. I didn't see what percentage of active ingredient was in this product, and I'm assuming that is on purpose.
Question:	Does this kill Black mold or does it just beach it
Answer:	we had a bunch of black mold on one spot of our house when we moved it. Power washed it, bleached it, tried 30 second stuff and nothing. It just kept coming back. We got this and almost a year later it is still gone. It did take about 3 times spraying it but it was a huge and thick spot. We did not scrub at all due to how high the spot was

Answer:	This product is a concentrate. My daughter and I fill about a quarter cup or less and fill water to the 25 fl. oz. line in a spray bottle bought from Home Depot. Its called Zep Commercial Professional Sprayer bottle, 32oz. Its quite a heavy duty sprayer. We tip the bottle up and down to mix solution. We have it in our bathrooms and kitchen. Question:	Is this powerful enough to clean stains off a rock tile floor
Answer:	I didn't notice it slowing down but it certainly wasn't as fast as I expected. I believe I could have scrubbed that quickly on my own!!

Answer:	I doubt the motor in this is up to that kind of task even if they did make a brass-wire head for it. Plus - all plastic contruction = NOT GOOD for that kind of heavy duty application.

Answer:	I used my brush only on grout. It does not have steel bristles, but if used harshly, I would guess that it could tear up caulk.

Answer:	It’s the shape of the bristles according to the manufacturer. One is rounded and one is v shape. I never noticed and just purchased the grout and corner scrubber. Perhaps the ease of use on a more flat surface is the reason.

Answer:	I don't know. But, I would try it on a small inconspicuous area first.

Answer:	There is no percentage of how much vinegar is in here but white distilled vinegar is the first ingredient on the list. I bought the Eucalyptus and you can smell a slight hint of vinegar when you open the bottle. This is not just soapy water as the other commenter suggested. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. Answer:	It does not require rinsing, and I have not found it to leave a shine on my floors. My floors are travertine, and they have a satin finish on them.
