Answer:	There is indication where the glass is made. The company is based in California and the fragrance is made in the USA. But the label on the bottom of my 33 hour candle says it is poured in Vietnam, which to me is rather odd. I can say that the candle burns in a way that makes the jar good for re-purposing. I actually use mine as a drinking glass. The black tinted glass and white lettering make for an attractive look. You may want to contact the company to find out where the glass is made.

Answer:	I'm not sure but the case is durable and sturdy enough to protect fragile items. I use mine to protect a glass item.

Answer:	Yes the foam on the inside is precut. So you can take section out and put them back, as well as take both 3 inch foam blocks completely out.

Answer:	It will. Working for me on one.

Answer:	The instructions tell you what parts to install for flanges from less than 3/4" below the finished floor to up to 1/2" above the finished floor. For example, for flanges even with the finished floor to up to 1/4" above the finished floor (your situation), you are supposed to use the silicone ring and the foam ring without bolt holes. So yes, it will work with a flange that is 1/8" above the finished floor.
Question:	What's the life expectancy of the EVA foam in this product
Answer:	I am not certain of the life expectancy of the foam. However, I can tell you it held up very well over a month period where we removed and replaced the toilet 6-8 times due to an ongoing bathroom project. We have had ZERO problems with this product and have recommended it to our friends. Our contractor was impressed as well.

Answer:	Simply put, 1 ply toilet paper means it has one layer of paper, while 2 ply means it has 2.You are getting 425 sheets in a roll, you are getting only 30 rolls.

Question:	Does the packaging come with instructions on how to use this toilet paper
Answer:	Soft but very thin. We used two Charmin tissues per wipe. Now, to get almost the same thickness we use four tissues. Can't wait till we use these all up so we can go back to Charmin.

Answer:	While we like & continue to use Kirkland bath tissue, we did on several occasions have rolls with (apparent) manufacturing problems that caused shredding from a few rolls. We were told to return these "defective" rolls & they would be replaced. We've had no further problems for the last couple of months.

Question:	Prone to leaking
Answer:	Even though this item says it is for 4" dryer ducts, the brush head that came with my kit is only 3 1/8 inches in diameter. It doesn't reach all sides of the duct. Not happy at all. Even on straight duct, it only works partially.

Answer:	The brush is a spiral and works just like a drill bit. When you use a drill bit, the displaced wood is pushed up and out of the hole. The lint brush pushes the lint and any debris out of the duct ahead of it. The lint was pushed out toward the vent cover and caught in a garbage bag. We have about 22 feet of duct and the brush worked great. After my new dryer was installed, I dried a load of clothes and noticed a red light was on next to "check dryer vent". I got the dryer duct cleaning brush, we cleaned out the duct and the red check vent light went out and the red light next to good airflow came on. Great product and fairly easy to use.
