So, it won't even do a single, full charge of an iphone, although it will certainly top it off. I've purchased this product to aid with long runs using my GPS watch, which has a battery with 400mAh in it. Plenty big enough for a couple full charges of that device. So- perfect for my needs. But, understandably- not so great for multiple smart phone charges.

Answer:	Output is 5.0 volts at 0.6 amps (3 watts max). It cannot power most tablets. I know that an iPad charger is 2 amps and 10 watts, and I suspect other tablets have similar power requirements. When fully charged, it may be able to power an iPhone, but power output is a bit less than the charger that comes with the phone and it might not work for recent models. I mainly use this product to power accessories (headset, USB task light, cooling tray) that charge or run off USB power so that I don't draw down my laptop battery for these. It's great for all the little stuff!

I have two 16-packs with December 2025 expiration dates ("guaranteed 10 years") which have been stored at room temperature in a dry environment, it's November 2019 now and both unopened packages have chemical leakage from nearly all batteries. One of them has leakage from all but one, and the other has leakage from all but two.

Answer:	Any functional photovoltaic cell operating at 1.5. will recharge the batteries if there is 50% sunlight for eight hours. They've performed well in my solar lamps. Hint: Clean the contacts and put a small amount of light grease (e.g. Vaseline) on the contact points to minimize corrosion build up (electrolysis).
