Answer:	This mop does not use pads of any kind. You need the fabric “covers” that are made by O-Cedar. The covers are elasticized and washable. It cannot be used with any type of premoistened pad like a Swiffer.

Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	It will pick up dust, the shaggy side is great for that, the smooth side is great for buffing. It will push hard items around, but I find it helpful for getting them gathered up

Answer:	It telescopes from the bottom so hold the part where you screw it into the flathead mop part and don't let that twist (if you've already twisted it into the flat head) then it extends/scopes from there.

Answer:	I put my foot on the mop to hold it down and then turned the upper portion of the handle counter clockwise to loosen and adjust the handle.

Answer:	The shipping weight listed is 9.4 ounces, so I imagine it's one bottle. I haven't seen anywhere else that will ship it for less.

Answer:	It is most likely a misprint, all the Dawn bottles I have seen only have 2 or 3 x the grease-cutting power. That is what the 2x or 3x stands for.

Answer:	It’s says hand and dish soap because you can use it as a antibacterial hand soap as well as a dish soap. Not all Dawn dish soaps have the antibacterial ingredients in them but this particular one does. They are definitely not a knock off.

Question:	Will 8" x 15" mop covers fit this mop
Answer:	I am assuming that this is for using the SoClean cpap cleaner. 1. Your cpap has to have a clear hard plastic removable humidifier that looks like your adapter. 2. If you follow the directions, you can get them online too if you don't have them, you will need to locate the little tube hole as shown in the picture for your adapter. 3. One side of the tube hole sticks down to the inside. This is where you cut back the small black rubber tube to fit inside. Stick it on the little hole. When you swap out the regular top for the adapter top it should almost touch the bottom when closed. 4. The top part of the hard tube hole that sticks out to the outside, this is where you attach the long black rubber hose. The clear thin tube that looks like part of an IV drip should be 1/4 of the way down the long black rubber hose. Note that there is a label on it that indicates which side points to the cpap side. 5. The other end of the long black rubber hose attaches to the back of the SoClean. 6. Now that you have the adapter attached to the bottom part of the hard clear plastic humidifier, make sure that it is closed and put it back in place in the side of the CPAP. 7. Then put your mask and regular top of the humidifier into the SoClean and turn it on. 8. If you do not have a humidifier on your machine then I would look online with SoClean for different instructions. Hope this helps. I took pictures to show you but there is no place for me to post them. I hope my description is clear enough. I actually had to look online to connect one of my old cpaps that has a very different humidifier. It was confusing to say the least. Good luck.

Answer:	what do you mean by a squeezer? if you're referring to the ability of the mop to squeeze out the water the answer is yes.

Answer:	There are two knobs that are in the frame and pop into the mop head to keep the mop head in place. Just pull on the mop head and it will come off these two knobs. Yours may be tighter than mine. Myopic may have to start on one end of the mop head and pull it off the first knob, then off the second knob.

Question:	Can you use the mop head as a dust mop
Answer:	I am 6'4" and had a similar problem when trying to put pressure down on the mop head. I ordered a separate handle that seemed a couple of inches longer and it helped a lot.

Answer:	I have not found one.

Answer:	yes same problem here, handle broke after a month of normal use, they should provide replacement handle's until they design a new mop handle that isn't so fragile.

Answer:	No, a regular mask is fine as long as you are not breathing the fog. Once diluted this product is less then 5% Actual ammonia

Answer:	Don't know where it was made - it's corn so maybe that gives you a clue. O-Cedar is an old company so email them or call and ask... I took the packaging off and tossed it in the recycle - what emerged was a lovely BIG broom. Sturdy enough to sweep the heck out of my garage. driveway and on down the block. It's hard to quit once you get started. The broomhandle is big around to accommodate the big broom. .

Answer:	Wow, hmmm. This is just my opinion, but if you're looking to gently brush leaves and such off of pea gravel, this broom is lightweight and would do the job. The trick here is YOUR touch on the broom, not the broom itself, but it's very light weight and easy to control. Good luck!
