Answer:	Actually no, it does securely twist on to a standard wood threaded pole from the hardware store. Like you could use for a paint roller frame. I think this stuff (swab also) twists on to save time. So no, squeegee isn’t threaded mount but it twists on wood pole securely. Dunno about metal pole.

Answer:	Made in USA (good old). I think it’s made on Oakland, ca, or was originally. I can testify that is the best of all squeegees. I also have an under and it leaves streaks every run. Ettore does not, even on a slightly curved car windshield (windscreen!). Good luck.

Answer:	I would use the white pad, which is the softest pad in the basic set. You could probably use the long bristled brush (available as an add-on), but that brush is more intended for scrubbing around faucets and such..

Answer:	Yes I think it does! I use it in my shower on the wall tiles and also I have a tile that simulates stone on the floor and it works on that. There is also a window in my shower (no glass doors) and it works great on that. My only issue with this squeegee is that its handle is not really long enough and the squeegee part isn't really wide enough. But other than that it works really well!

Answer:	It is used in diluted form, and it is mopped onto the window before using the squeegee. The mopping is important in loosening the dirt on the window. I don't think spraying and then using the squeegee would do the job.

Answer:	Keep in mind that there is a hole at the neck that is for securing it to the extension pole for this product. I'm not sure how well it will hold on a broom handle.

Answer:	Yes...it is further in. If the threaded part of your extension pole doesn't reach the threaded part inside the squeegee (which starts at 3.25" into the hole), just cut off that amount with a hack saw...doing this allows the threaded part to be at the very entrance of the squeegee which then you can thread any pole into it...it works with any pole including my "Wooster Sherlock" pole which initially didn't reach the threaded part. The only drawback is you have 3.25" less handle to grab if you're not using an extension pole... or you can always screw in a short handle from your painting equipment...no problema :) Hope this helps...happy cleaning. Answer:	NO, I purchased both the Ettore and Unger systems and they are NOT interchangeable. The Ettore squeegee & scrubber pin hole will not reach the pin on the Unger pole and vice versa.

Answer:	Yes! Get out your saw and cut off the end of the handle, up to where the threads are. Mine now attaches easily to my generic orange extension pole. It attaches to my Purdy PowerLock 4-8' pole with a moderate amount of upper body strength applied in a downward direction while turning the pole. Once on, it stays in place nicely.
