Answer:	I don't think it's worth buying. I returned it. It looks good & I also needed the extra length, but it squeaks, skips & leaves streaks. Even going over the same spot multiple times did not do a good job & it makes a very annoying noise.

Question:	How can i attach pole to head
Answer:	Each pole screws into the next. You need to know that the 3 pieces are different in size. The top piece is the smallest, the middle piece is just bigger, so, of course the “head” pole is the longest. So accordingly, screw each piece into its’ corresponding mate. When you are screwing the final pole into the head, please push hard while turning the metal piece into place. If you don’t, you end up with the sensation that your unassembled squeegee is missing a piece. If there were 4 pieces in the box, you have everything you need to assemble your squeegee!

Answer:	The Grand Fusion SS Shower Squeegee can make some noise. Once you learn how to use the squeegee it doesn't make noise. I've tried 3 different brands of squeegees and they all made noise. However, this particular squeegee made the less noise. If you use the rubber edge and hold it slightly horizontally it will make little to no noise. Good Luck.
Question:	Need a floor squeegee for larger, step-in shower floor. Will this work? Do the pads or blades have to be replaced over time? Thanks
Answer:	This particular item provides a much needed reach for the very tall ceiling shower like ours but its design's weak point depends on a crimping mechanism collar that is tightened and loosened using the small ferrule that is attached to the lower section of the squeegee. Unfortunately, the design with this type of crimping mechanism is also a major weak point in the overall design. All this being said when the crimping mechanism fails the only way to repair the device is to take the extension wand apart. In our case, the two tiny (and I mean very tiny) welds that hold the crimping collar to the lower sleeve broke in normal use. Perhaps if there had been more tiny welds it might have held up to normal use longer. I was able to recreate the welds by using a delayed action super glue and an activator spray that I had for another project. After having figured what the designers had been trying to do with the tiny welds in their design it was relatively easy to repair the break. That repair also made the crimping collar work more effectively. However, if I had not had the proper tools to effect the repair I would have finally either returned the squeegee to Amazon or would have had to throw it out. Great idea but poorly constructed for extended use over time.

Answer:	Hello,The product is actually a liquid. Under the top the opening is filled with a waxy type substance. It is actually very easy to use. Place it in the silverware holder upside down and run the washer through a regular cycle. As long as the water gets to 125, the wax will melt and release the contents. The active ingredient is Citric Acid (like in oranges). That is what cleans and dissolves the scale deposits since they are generally basic, so the citric acid works like vinegar does on scale.

Answer:	I use it whenever the dishwasher is cruddy looking! I don't use the thing very often but I do put the dishes in it to dry from hand washing and I'm on a well and well water does cause stains. So, when the stains appear, I use the product to clean the stains. I'd simply say, use it whenever your dishwasher looks really dirty. It works. I do recommend it. The label says to use once a month but I would only use it as needed.

Answer:	I am not sure. I purchased it for our beach house. I don't think the shower floor is pitched correctly. I use it to push the water towards the drain. It works very well.
Question:	My broom is broken. Can I use it to sweep the floor instead of my broom
Answer:	I believe the blade is 100% silicon and that there is no metal of any kind around the blade, just plastic. It is a really nice squeegee.
Question:	Is it easy to clean
Answer:	This floor squeegee works great on shower floor and walls. The swivel blade allows for angling into awkward spaces. Handle is a little longer than I need but it is wood and can easily be cut to better size. The blade is rubber but unless you are using it on a very rough surface, should last a long time.
