Answer:	The strip, in the tape head cleaner cassette, is very short. It cleans the heads in under a minute once you push play. Are you sure it's not already done? It should go through a cycle pretty quick and play just like any other tape....minus the music of course. The other thing could be that yours is defective; after all these tape cleaning kits are old inventory. It could be that yours has seized up. You may want to try fast forwarding and rewinding a few times to see if you can loosen it up a bit.

Answer:	The cleaning solution is mostly alcohol. In this case, ISOPROPYL. The cleaning tape gets ti areas that we would find a bit difficult to reach. Let your unit dry out for few minutes before using, just to be on the safe side. Cassette tapes will last for many years. If you have the equipment, transfer your tapes to either CD's or the newer computer system if you have one. There is enough cleaning solution in this kit that will last you for many years. I would suggest cleaning your heads, depending on use, every other week. I often just clean the heads with the solution and a "Q" tip. Depending on age of tape, how much ware is the factor to consider.

1.This printer ink head cleaner kit couldn’t solve all blockages. Such as:

The printhead cleaner doesn’t work for badly clogged head and insoluble substances inside the nozzle.

Step 1

Print a nozzle check pattern to identify which colors need cleaning.

Step 2

Select "Replace Ink Cartridge" and wait for the carriage unit to move to the location of the ink replacement. Remove ink cartridges and unplug the power cable directly, then move the carriage unit to the right side of the printer.

Step 3

Place blotting paper under printhead.

Step 4

Push the carriage unit to the middle of the printer. Let it be above of the paper.

Step 5

According to step 1, insert the silicone tube into the ink inklet of the color which needs to be cleaned, and push the handle slowly of the syringe to inject the cleaning liquid into the print head.

Step 6

Leave the fluid inside for 1 hour to dissolve the blockage inside the print head. (Depending to how bad the blog is, wait time may need longer. You may need to repeat step 5 and step 6 to get the printhead fully cleaned.)

Step 7

Repeat step 5, inject 1 ml cleaning fluid to clean the print head again.

Step 8

Clean up the residual cleaning fluid inside.

Step 9

Push the carriage unit back to the right side of the printer, remove the blotting paper.

Step 10

Power up the printer, and install the cartridges. Open the printer application on computer and click on "Maintenance" -> "Print Head Cleaning" to start the cleaning cycle, and then print the "Printer Test Page" to confirm if the print head works well.

Step 11

Print the "Printer Test Page" to confirm if the print head works well.

Step 12

If it still doesn’t work, you can try it again. Extend the waiting time in Step 6. If you still don't see any effect after cleaning the print head 2 times, it is recommended to try again after one day.

Attention

Please refer to the following steps:

1. If you have the refill ink bottle for this printer, you can draw 4 ML ink with a syringe and inject it into the ink port of the print head, then install the cartridge and run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function 1 time.

2. If you do not have the refill ink bottle for this printer, you can use an empty syringe (do not need to draw anything)to connect with the ink port of the print head, repeatedly push and pull the plunger of the syringe to discharge the cleaning liquid. Then install the ink cartridge, and run the driver "print head cleaning" function 1 time.

3. If there is no improvement, you will need to wait 2 hours and try again to run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function 1 time.

Answer:	No. This is a cassette with format MiniDV (Digital Video Cassette) which is a very specific format. It will not fit into cameras with different magnetic tape format.

Answer:	This is camcorder head cleaner, is not a video recorder tape. I guest it only contain about 15 minute tape inside.

Answer:	I wouldn't recommend using it on carpet or rugs. This is designed for hard floors. (tile, hardwood, finished concrete, etc.) We bought this specifically for that. the Dyson comes with the head used for carpet.
