Answer:	To remove. Push down, unscrew locking cap and lift to free top of mo head. Slide down off ratchet, past handgrip to slip off end of handle. To replace. While holding locking cap, drape the mop head over the cup. Twist cap into the cup until locked. Pull bottom of mop head down to handgrip and secure zip tie.

Answer:	Yes - we usually get about 10 machine washes out of one and then the fasteners start to fray. Great mop - cleans fast and thorough. We love them!

Answer:	I purchased 4 of these in Feb 2014 to use at a very LARGE commercial office building I was a cleaning supervisor at. I took a new job in September 2014 but I am friends with the person who took my old position and he states he is still using these same mops I purchased back in Feb 2014 today. They are very tough and durable and the loop end, frog foot design covers large areas fast and cleans really well. I noticed no shedding and no lint collection, mops were machine washed once a week so that's at least 52 washes with no problems.

Answer:	I have this mop and I love it. I bought two of the mop heads and rotate washing one and using the other. I don't think you can make it squeeze the mop head. I bought it with 'Rubbermaid Commercial FG758088YEL WaveBreak Side Press Combo' and 'Rubbermaid Commercial Dirty Water Bucket for WaveBrake Mop Buckets 18-Quart, Red, FG9C7400RED' which I also bought at amazon. The bucket squeezes the mop, it has wheels and rolls from room to room and I use it everyday and is the best money I have spent on cleaning as we have all wood and ceramic tile floors.

Question:	how many pads are included in this pack
Answer:	It covers well, but u do have to make frequent trips to the bucket. So I had to adopt a method n just saturate or soak it completely, pat it on the floor area behind me rather than back in the bucket, then start mopping towards that area, thus covering twice the area. Hopefully helpful.
Question:	once you dip it in the wax does this cover decent amount of area or do you have to make excessive trips back to the bucket
Answer:	Thank you for your interest in our product. This product is a finish bucket used in floor finishing. It will cover approximately 200-300 square feet with a single mop load of finish.
Question:	How much water does the bucket hold
Answer:	This mopping set is just for applying floor finish. The blue stripes in the pad and blue bucket denote that this system is for applying floor finish only. The pad and fibers it is made out of are designed to release liquid and dirt, not hold onto them. Are you looking for the floor finish pads? If you are looking for mopping pads, they are made out of a much better material more appropriate for mopping. I would be happy to point you in the right direction for both. It is a great system though, I use the whole Rubbermaid Hygen system extensively and love it.
Question:	Where can I get just the white pads with the blue stripes shown here? I use this mop at work and love it, but I'm having a hard time finding the pads
Answer:	My cleaning solution is 1/3 white vinegar with softened water, which is anti-microbial and as effective as pine sol but far safer. With the vinegar solution, no extra cleaning is needed. I have cats and dog. If you must use pine sol, I'd definitely follow with a clean water washing to remove residue especially for safety of animals and children. Remember that dogs and cats' sense of smell is up to 10,000 times more sensitive than humans! Imagine how awful pine sol might smell to them and how that intense smell would interfere with their ability to use their sense of smell, which is their primary sense, similar to how humans rely on sight.
Question:	do you still use a clean water mop after using this with whatever cleaning solution? In my case PineSol

Answer:	They are not as wide as the pad on the Rubbermaid and there isn't enough Velcro to use 1-1/2 pads dependably. Hope this helps. I am a Rubbermaid convert from Swifter. I prefer the washable pads and being able to refill the bottle.

Question:	Can I used this mop to clean my ceiling
Answer:	The pole they are designed to attach to has Velcro to hold the pad. It's the harder 'loop' side and the pad is the softer side. I don't think they would attach well to the one that tuck into those little 'stars' on the top of the pad holder, the pads are too thick.
Question:	What are the exact measurements of the two compartments? I have some specific supplies to store, and wanted to check that they'll fit. Thank you
Answer:	Excellent for dry mopping. They really pick up dust and grab onto hair, lint, or other dirt. Larger and thicker than Swiffers, and the mop itself is much more comfortable to hold and easier to maneuver than the Swiffer mop. Far better product than Swiffer.
