Answer:	That depends on how long a person's hair is. For men, you could certainly do 2 treatments. For shoulder length or longer hair, at least 2/3 of the can will be used because you have to saturate the hair.

Answer:	The package says 15 minutes. After we got all her hair saturated, we gave it 20 minutes just to be sure. But you do need to treat again 10 days later. One application didn't do it either time, but twice with the second application 10 days after the first did. Both times she got it at school so maybe she was getting reexposed? Not sure. I just know we had to treat twice.

Answer:	I prefer the tube. More control, less waste. Pump is a metered dose that's a pretty big glob. Abreva works best if you get started at earliest sign of flare-up.

Answer:	Good question Jaclyn, to treat most cold sores, usually one treatment is enough. If your symptoms go away and then return later, apply another dose for the second cold sore. Do not use more than 3 times per day.
Question:	I don’t understand how to dispense from the bottle
Answer:	I have used both and really the primary difference is the moisturizer. Both are “touch free” in the fact that you have to break the glass vial to add the medication to the soft pad so you can put it on the affected area. However, with touch free, you often get 4-5 vials, because there’s no moisturizer. The single dose only gives 2 vials and the tube of moisturizer. Having used both, I’d say that I prefer to have the additional doses, just in case I need them, rather than the moisturizer. I have also tried Herpicin L 30 and that’s amazing at keeping the cold sores from even forming. If I do have the unfortunate experience to have a cold sore form though, I reach for the Orajel Touch Free. I hope that info helps.

Answer:	This works the best over prescriptions and any over the counter or herbal products that I’ve used. The key is the second it starts tingling use the product on the little bump. Most times I only have to use one vial other times if I’ve waited too long I’ll have to do it over a few days. My opinion it burns with the main ingredient and area becomes raw but then it heals quickly I can be through an entire episode in a couple days vs 3 weeks! I keep this in my bag all the time. I’ve been on a plane and landed with huge fever blister now I treat immediately!

Answer:	I wear a cotton mask and have absolutely NO problems with it having any effect on the patch. My patch is not on my lip so I'm not sure whether the location of the patch relative to the mask would make a difference. The patch has worked wonderfully for me and I hope it works well for others.

Answer:	It will always be different for each individual. Depends on your breakout and usual healing cycle. On my top lip, I rubbed tea tree oil and placed the patch on as soon as I felt the tingling. Nothing formed and it went away within 24 hrs. The other breakout on my bottom lip lasted around 5 days but the patch definitely protected it and absorbed the fluid from it.

1. Break To Release The Medication

Slide-off to remove the protective blue paper cover and slide it on the other end – opposite the white applicator tip.

Squeeze the vial firmly on the arrow shown on the protective blue paper cap until you hear it snap.

Answer:	Yes you can partially depress pump ... but its hard to remember to do. I end up putting a small amount in a container and use from that. Several of us at wk get cold sores so we never use from container as we share it.

Answer:	I felt it was different. It took longer for my cold sore to disappear. The tube for me took 2 maybe 3 days. The pump took about a week. It was also a bit thin compared to the tube.

Most tablets on the market are covered in some kind of shellac, which is often a synthetic substance or a product derived from beetle secretions. Because we were unwilling to use these ingredients in our products, we had to develop a new process and a new coating to deliver the best possible product for you.
Question:	What color is this product supposed to be? I received it and it is brown, not sure if that is correct or spoiled. Please advise
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. We completely understand your concerns about the gluten issue in regards to wheat/barley grass and take this issue very seriously. We do indeed have some wheat/barley grass in our vitamin and mineral tablets-we use it as a natural binding agent and as a nutritive. The young grasses of barley and wheat are different from the gluten-containing grain and do not contain gluten because of the stage they are in when harvested. We use extreme care to harvest our grasses at this very young stage (before the first "jointing" phase). The FDA, which regulates gluten labeling, has this to say:"FDA proposed specific criteria that must be met by any foods bearing a GF labeling claim. (See page 2817 of the proposal for details.) Among those criteria are that the food cannot be made with the grains wheat, rye, barely, or crossbred hybrids of these grains (referred to as "prohibited grains"), and that the food cannot contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or more gluten. The young grasses of the plants belonging to genera Triticum, Secale, and Hordeum are different from the grains wheat, rye, and barley these plants produce at maturity. Therefore, any grass (or grass juice) could be used as an ingredient to make a food labeled GF, provided that the food does not contain 20 ppm or more gluten, regardless of its source, including the presence of gluten due to cross-contact situations."We test every batch of our grasses for gluten content just to be absolutely certain. We also test every lot of our finished products for gluten to ensure each one meets the guidelines for gluten-free labeling.
