Answer:	Hello, Yes, this item does include the dust mop head, frame, and aluminum extension handle. This head is constructed with cut end cotton (so it wont snag) so it is not machine washable. To clean it you simply shake out the excess dust and dirt and then hand wash with regular laundry detergent in warm water.
