Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	How do these pads attach to the swiffer jet
Answer:	There is velcro of some sort on the bottom of Wet Jet. Set the pad on the form bottoms side up, line it up and press down.
Question:	Can you use these micorpads for the swifter wood and laminate wet jet
Answer:	Yes! These pads are very versatile and can accompany many cleaning products, the wood and laminate being some of them :) After cleaning your floors just throw these pads in the wash to get the old solution off the pads :)
Question:	What liquid wood floor cleaner is being used with these? My old cheap cleaning pads had some cleaning solution on them already. What works best
Answer:	Any floor cleaner will work with the pads. It's a personal preference and depends on the type of flooring you have. We have noticed that our customers do often purchase the pads with the Bona Hardwood & the Bona Stone, Tile, and Laminate cleaner. I hope that helps!

Question:	they compatible with scotch Brite hardwood refill pads
Answer:	They are better it cleans the floors really good you can use dry or wet and just throw them in washer and reuse
Question:	What cleaner do you use with this for kitchen and bathroom floors
Answer:	Anything you wish. Just so you can spray a fine mist of it onto the floor, then wipe it away with the pads. Do not spray a lot of the cleaner, or you will be left with very wet floors. These are not mean tto do the same job as a traditional mopping - because they can only absorb so much. They work great for the touch-ups between moppings, or if you use them daily, to prevent the need for deeper cleaning. I was using them in a temporary rental that had hard floors and I used one every night in the kitchen - and my floors stayed wonderfully clean!
Question:	can you put this in the dryer after washing
Answer:	I have washed these a few times but have never put them on the dryer. I just left them out to dry. They dry super fast. Hope this helps... I love these!
Question:	How do you get it wet to mop the floor? Do you guys spray your floor with something first, or use a bucket to dip this in
Answer:	It works best to prewet but not soaking wet so wring out or apply light enough to wet but not drip. Do this before using any of your favorite floor cleaners or products. I even wet prior to applying acrylic or poly acrylic finishes. That means all of these wet mop styles. If use dry just do not dampen and use like a dusting rag/cloth/mop and I usually rinse my products out by hand if liquid and shake well even light brushing if used as a dry dust mop. I use products that you sqeeze out onto the floor as you go and others you spray onto the floor as well as dry quick dusting. Especially works well under low laying furniture like chairs and sofas were it can be impossible to get a vacuum to reach but dust has no problem.

Answer:	I toss them in the dry and they come out like new. I haven't had any problems with drying them in the dryer

Answer:	Not sure about that spray mop , but these mop heads are large, so I think it will work . They don't shrink in washers/dryer either .

Answer:	Im not sure of the size pad you need so I can confirm. These are good size and thick. the easily grab onto velcro so it like like they would work. You need to check the length of your pad and compare to these pads.
