Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.

Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	I got this as a gift just over a year ago and the same thing happened to me. I called Bulb Head and they said since I didn't have a receipt I would have to send the broken bucket back to them. Answer:	The mop doesn’t spin when you are mopping. It spins out the excess water back into the bucket. Dip the mop in the water, place the head in the white upper part then step on the pedal. Pushing the pedal down causes the head to spin at the end of the handle, releasing the excess water so it’s not too wet when you put it to the floor.

NEED A LITTLE GUIDANCE ON REMOVING & REPLACING YOUR MOP HEAD?

Here are the steps needed in order to remove and replace your old mop head with your new one.

1 - TO REMOVE: Set the mop in a vertical position with the mop head flat and spread on you ground. While in this position, lightly step on the microfibers and turn the mop handle til you align the bolt on the mop head with your foot. After it is aligned, bend the mop handle in the direction opposite to that of your foot, and give it a slight tug.Your mop head should then come free from the handle.

2 - TO REPLACE (attach new mop head): Set your handle on top of the mop head, so that your handle covers the mop head. Once positioned, use your feet to give it light pressure on the cap to fix it to the mop head. Your handle should be securely attached now.

Then when I got ready to use one of the mops I was going to change out the mop head with a clean one well while in the process of trying to remove it cracked into pieces .So I used the other spin mop and it was okay. So since I ordered my mop I have been using it with the O Cedar brand mop buckets that have a pedal this mop is round where as the mop that works with the O Cedar mop is shaped like a triangle well II have 2 of the O Cedar buckets I us the other bucket with my only one mop that belong to my spin mop bucket set and between the two they work fine. My bucket has a pedal that I press with my foot to spin out the water. Also with this mop you can use the spin mop head replacement with this mop.But I am a very pleased customer.I even purchased this mop for my daughter and then I gave her the other O Cedar bucket that I got at a great price because the mop was missing so that's why I got 2 .
