Some colors “will not fit” the dirty water bucket. Also the black unit wrings ~ 50,000 times while some colors wring only ~ 40,000. The dirty water bucket itself costs ~ $36 but it’s not clear that Amazon itself sells it. If you thought you were getting a clean water bucket with a dirty water bucket & didn’t—complain to Amazon as soon as your shipment arrives. Rubbermaid & Amazon should fix this page so folks know what they are getting for their money. Buyers shouldn’t have to compare or memorize product numbers or guess why costs vary from $64 vs $108. | Answer: | The handle is permanently connected to the wringer portion of the bucket. It is not meant to be removed. It is a single piece with a 90 degree bend in it, the spring mechanism is attached to it and it is molded into the wringer plastic. Very sturdy. |

| Answer: | I found out the hard way that if you are having trouble attaching the wringer portion you are putting it on the wrong end of the bucket. While both ends have curves that seem to match the lower portion of the wringer, the boxy end of the bucket is the wrong end-- the curved end that doesn't have the extra lip is the end it should be on. And it just slips on, TOO easily, actually, there's not much keeping it on but gravity. But it does work once you figure out which end is the right one... Otherwise, you'll need a crowbar to bend the plastic enough to get it over the lip, and then it'll tend to fall over because the weight isn't in the right spot-- The wringer should go on the curved end of the bucket that have the caster legs that stick out. The picture on the box is not all that great and doesn't make it all that clear which end the wringer should be on. |

| Answer: | On the back of the container, it states, “not recommended for use on velvet, silk, vinyl or leather upholstery. There’s no mention of the ingredients on the bottle. I would think bleach would be the main issue and I don’t think it’s in here as it mentions natural enzymes. I love this product and use it frequently on my tile wood floors. I clean up the mess with dry paper towel. Then wipe with wet paper towel and then saturate the area with this product. I let it sit for a few minutes since I have tile. It would probably be best to wipe it up right away with wood. |

A floor mop headband can clamp into the gripper clamp, and then be tightened with the thumb wheel for a firm connection between the handle and mop head. | Answer: | I have used the Rubbermaid Reveal for years. The washable mop heads Last!. I have used and washed mine for 5 yrs. Still going strong. I have 2 bottles and 2 mop heads. I use 1 for ceramic tile and another for wood floors. It is an awesome mop. I even use it to wash the walls in the spring. |

| Answer: | We have all tile and I use vinegar and water as well. It doesn't leave behind residue like cleaners do. We did a science experiment with cleaners vs. vinegar and you would not believe. I did a test with Pledge for my wood and just vinegar and did half of a section with Pledge and the other half with vinegar and waited and the pledge side was crazy dusty. I think the same thing goes with floors. Washed half the floors with a soap-based cleaning product (Mr. Clean and Method) and the other half used vinegar and the beach sand stuck to the part where we used the cleaning product. |
