Answer:	NO, not really...of course I am imagining you mean a regular swiffer--the small green rectangle on a pole. This will not work well with that. There are other reusable pads built specifically for use with swiffer's base. Search "green swiffer". Bona works best with the bona head and pole. Just buy the kit, and say goodbye to disposable dusting products : D

Answer:	The backing (the surface to which the velcro attaches) is 16.25" X 5.25". The duster area is about 18.25" X 7.25". This fibers are not as fluffy as the original purcahsed in the kit 16 months ago but seems to work OK.

Answer:	I put it in a lingerie bag and put it in the machine with the towels with NO fabric softener. It comes out like new and the lingerie bag keeps it from picking up lint from the towels. You can shake the pad or vacuum it before it goes in the bag.

Answer:	I would take Bona disposable dusters over swifter hands down. I can reuse them , suck excess dog hair off with a dust buster, shake them outside , etc. and the non disposable Bonas are washable and super durable.

The liquid does not contain the sucrose or lactose used in the pellets, but it does contain 20% alcohol as a preservative. Five (5) pellets equal 10 drops of a liquid dilution. Twenty-five percent of adults in the U.S. are lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerance is a condition caused by a lack of an enzyme called lactase. The general approach to control symptoms of lactose intolerance includes avoidance of large quantities of dairy or foods containing lactose. Typically, it takes 12 g of lactose (1 cup of milk) to trigger symptoms. Five Boiron pellets contain 42.2 mg of lactose, and two Boiron tablets of most of our medicines contain 492 mg with the exception of two Acteane tablets which contain 120mg of lactose (0.35%, 4.1%, and 1% of the intolerance dose, respectively). These amounts are not significant enough to trigger symptoms in a lactose intolerant person. In addition, lactose must reach a person’s small intestine to trigger symptoms. Homeopathic pellets and tablets are absorbed sublingually, thereby bypassing the small intestine. Also, lactose intolerance and a milk allergy should not be confused. People allergic to milk are allergic to casein (a protein), not to lactose. There is no casein or other proteins in Boiron pellets or tablets. Answer:	You remove the small label from around the place where the 2 halves of the tube come together, then twist, upside down, until there are 3 -5 balls in the cap. Sometimes, the cap is still a glued to the bottom so you may need use something like a tweezer, or anything else that can scrap away the paper and glue. Hope this helps. Make sure not to touch the balls, but toss them, with the cap, under your tongue.
