Answer:	It is NOT toilet paper. The sheets come in a roll. The box has a serrated opening that you can use to slide the sheets through and cut them off the way you'd cut aluminum foil.

Answer:	I don’t know what Clorox triple action feel like. But these are tack feeling and do not leave and residue. And work wonderful picking up dust and dirt. I work at a hospital and our environmental services use these for floors and walls. I bought some and love them for wood floors, walls and ceiling fans.
Question:	are these sticky? like clorox triple action dusters
Answer:	I have been using these sheets on the floors at our nursing home for 4 years. They work great on wood-like laminate floors. Ours have a texture to them that simulates real wood, making the floors difficult to sweep. Our old dusters didn't clean the new floors well, but these do. As to the sticky, I have seen no sign of residue on our floors, and we use these sheets every day. I have also used them to dust a resident's room who had breathing issues when dust became airborne. They work well for that. I had no problem washing the sticky off bare skin, though I prefer to wear gloves when handling the sheets. Personal preference. I like them enough to buy them for home use and bought some for my mother. Hope this helps you decide.

Answer:	There is nothing in the brochure about not using on a pergo floor, but honestly I don't think I would use the chemical. You usually use water and vinegar to clean the floors. If you wanted to use the system you could put that mixture instead of the chemical in the bottle.

Answer:	Yes. There are Velcro strips on the bottom of the applicator.

Answer:	Well the chemical comes out in a stream and not a spray. After having used mine over the summer I wouldn't use it for anything but finish, it is gravity fed and has no pressure to force the chemical out. The pads work well at reducing waste with finish but are thin, I could not see how they could be used for much else. If you are looking for microfiber mop for hard floors I do not think this is your product.

Answer:	I use these in my home for general dusting. I especially like them for cleaning ceiling fan blades. When a family member was in the hospital for a transplant (where stirring up of dust, bacteria, etc., could be life-threatening), I noticed the cleaning staff using these. Instead of sending dust flying, it traps the dust onto its slightly sticky surface without leaving any residue. Great product!

Question:	What is the length of the 3 holder with hooks
Answer:	I don't think it can handle the weight of a shark steam cleaner. I have a Bissell steam mop and the handle was too thick to hook onto it. I don't know about the shark steam cleaner, but I would think it could only hold maybe 5 lbs or less.
Question:	What is the maximum weight that can be hung from this? I'm considering it for my shark steam cleaner

Question:	How does the pad attach to the mop? velcro? I have bona kemi pads, but my bona kemi mop broke it's handle. I want to use the old pads with a new mop
Answer:	I use it both on hardwood and on tile. It doesn't have any floor-specific properties, so it's very usable. Would only be useless on carpet!
Question:	Can this be used on tile
Answer:	Yes, I've had this to occur. If I'm dry dusting (no Bona or other spray used) typically no "rolled up strands". Typically, I get the rolled up when I use a spray. I believe this is because the spray (wetness) mixed with the dust. I typically use a swifter with the disposal cloths to pick up most of the dust and cat hair. Then spray with Bona and use the Microfiber. Results is minimal if any rollup of debris on the microfiber cloth. Hope this helps. I do love both my swifter and microfiber cleaners.
Question:	When I use this, it leaves behind little rolled up strands of dust and dirt, that I have to pick up with my hands. Any tips? Is this normal

Question:	Does this product come with the mop handle as well or is it just the mop head
Answer:	I just measured the length of the brooms and mops to determine the length of the hooks. I hope this helps.
