Animal testing for this product is unknown. Safer alternatives: air freshener cones, Damprid hangers which come in Lavender, a discrete bowl of orange or lemon peel, spices, baking soda, sachet mixtures (Bed Bath Beyond closet section), scented trash bags, etc... Spray fresheners are very toxic to both humans and animals. Continuous release of essential oils into the air isn't much better. Ewg.org has rated this product a D on the basis of some concern for skin irritations, asthma, and causing allergies. To me, it smells like cheap men's cologne, not lavender or chamomile which I use regularly. I purchased this product at a store and am returning it.

Answer:	Possibly because you may have done what I did when replacing the Air WIC bottles. I accidentally purchased the Glade dispenser/bottle by mistake. The manufacturers bottles are not interchangeable. They do have these new larger dispensers now but I noticed the bottles are noticeably larger. I can tell you I purchased the new Air WIC dispenser recently and it uses up fluid much faster than my older heater. Hope this helps. (P.s. Fabreeze also has these deodorizer as well that look exactly the same)

Answer:	To me this smells just the same as clean linen spray and doesn't cover pet odors any better. Of the ones I've tried I like clean linen and Pet scent better than Hawaiian breeze. I wouldn't pay any extra just because it says pet on it now that I know that it's just the same as clean linen scent. I do love this product because when people come in to the house they smell clean not my 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Answer:	I use Crisp Waters. It's a very light fresh scent. A friend was at may house a few days ago and asked if I had just done some laundry because my house had such a fresh clean scent, just like laundry that had been dried outside. I can not handle heavy scents and this one is just perfect. Just a nice fresh clean smell. No heavy perfumes! I don't know how else to explain it.

Answer:	I buy lots of these for work in the live theater. I like them. Its not a spray/ its a passive system..The top of the container twists up somewhat or totally off if you wish..that's what I do.."off"..Or one can open/twist the top a bit to just allow a lesser amount of the scent to flow out..Not sure how long they last..I'd guess 3 weeks or more? Some of the scents are so "modest" that I don't buy them..I like the stronger ones. Can't recall the name of the ones I buy..I know its the same container but has mostly a reddish colored theme.
