Animal testing for this product is unknown. Safer alternatives: air freshener cones, Damprid hangers which come in Lavender, a discrete bowl of orange or lemon peel, spices, baking soda, sachet mixtures (Bed Bath Beyond closet section), scented trash bags, etc... Spray fresheners are very toxic to both humans and animals. Continuous release of essential oils into the air isn't much better. Ewg.org has rated this product a D on the basis of some concern for skin irritations, asthma, and causing allergies. To me, it smells like cheap men's cologne, not lavender or chamomile which I use regularly. I purchased this product at a store and am returning it. |

| Answer: | Possibly because you may have done what I did when replacing the Air WIC bottles. I accidentally purchased the Glade dispenser/bottle by mistake. The manufacturers bottles are not interchangeable. They do have these new larger dispensers now but I noticed the bottles are noticeably larger. I can tell you I purchased the new Air WIC dispenser recently and it uses up fluid much faster than my older heater. Hope this helps. (P.s. Fabreeze also has these deodorizer as well that look exactly the same) |

If not, I would just use scissors carefully not to accidentally cut something you shouldn't but a knife also used carefully would work well I believe too.
