I ordered the C cup to fill out the new bras that I bought....I'm not sure what you are using yours for, just to increase size? then I would go with the D/E.....but if your bra is a A thru C cup, a D/E might not work. To figure out what size you want, write down what your actual size is, what you want to be the same or enlarge. That should give you your answer.

Answer:	This is the standard shape. I bought these so I don't have to worry about nipples showing since I don't wear padded or underwrites bras. They work ok but I had to move them to position once in a while. Maybe because they were not inserted in any bra 'pockets'. Hope this helps.
