Answer:	They are just generic earbuds. Nothing special. The company intentionally put in cheap ones because they are aware of people having their own preferences as far as earbuds go. I threw out the ones that came with it and use ones I like instead.

Question:	What is the qualitative difference between the Kasina and the Procyon or the Proteus
Answer:	I own both the Procyon and the Kasina. I ordered tithe Procyon about 3 years ago and used it about 5 times a week. The device itself is simple to use with 1980s era controls and a 4 character digital display. There is a start /stop button. A button to scroll through sessions and one to enter different input modes from out side sources. You can either buy CDs or download MP3s in a format called Audio Strobe and play those through an Aux port. Of course there is a power button on the side and then 2thumb wheels to control LCD brightness and volume. The whole device is constructed about as nice as a good quality Sony Diskman just slightly chubbier than a deck of cards. Takes 3 double a batteries that last about 6 weeks with my usage. The glasses are basically like good drug store sunglasses with the LCDs applied to the inside. The head phones are on ear sound really good but the foam cover started to pop off fixed with some super glue. If you haven't used a Mind Machine before the visuals will be hard to describe but there is a difference between the 2 devices. For me the best way to describe to friends what I see with the Procyon is if you remember pressing firmly on your closed eyes as a kid you would see pinwheels and kaleidoscopic images, we'll that what you get with the Procyon but that just a portion of what it can display. Gentle baths of color, crystalline shimmer, mandalas more than you can ever imagine seeing "eyes closed". For me though sometimes the pulsed sound can be annoying. That where the Audio Strobe stuff helps you get music and visuals. The Procyon doesn't do good job to responding to regular music. There are ways to accomplish that and I have enjoyed making some sessions to match my music. The Mind Place forums go through that quite we'll. Over all the Procyon has been my good dependable transport to a great meditative state for years. For me the jury is still out on entrainment. I think I fall more into the "entertainment "catagory. Now the Kasina is a way more modern device and approaches an early ipod for device quality glasses are about the same but you get some good flat cable ear buds. This device uses a small 4square color LCD to control its operation.it comes with some pulse sessions,audio strobe and spectra strobe sessions. Those are the orchestrated musical sessions. One great thing about the Kadina is that there are dozens of sessions on sound cloud that are free and work great. You just load them to a SD card on the device. The Procyon was designed to have both eyes in sync. The Kadina can operate each eyes separately . The main reason I bought the Kasina when I already had the Procyon was it is much more music oriented. Last but not least it has a built in light or color organ. Regular mp3s make you see visuals. The more dramatic the music the better the show.A note about creating sessions your self. The Procyon comes with an editor simple but very comprehensive. The Kadina also comes with a free editor but it has lost some variables. To make more elaborate sessions you have to purchase a pricey application called mind work station. I guess if you want to try entrainment the Procyon worth ever penny. If you want more music and orchestrated sessions the Kasina is the way to go. You can't go wrong by starting with the Procyon. If the Audio Book is not part of your iTunes music collection, you will need to turn OFF the iPod music under the MUSIC menu found at the bottom of the mindLightz App, then leave the mindLightz App and begin the audio book. You can then return to the mindLightz App and begin your AVS session and the audio book will get mixed with with any of our sound effects and the binaural beats.This is also a way to listen to any outside audio services such as Spotify or Pandora with the mindLightz AVS System. Answer:	Hi Steven! Yes, it is possible but requires the following steps: Within the mindLightz App select MUSIC from the bottom menu and turn OFF the "my music" selection. This will disable the iTunes integration in our App. Once this is done, you simply start and play your music selection from Spotify or any other music streaming App. Return to the mindLightz App and begin any AVS session and you'll then have both apps running simultaneously with the Spotify audio being "mixed" with the mindLightz Audio (i.e.binaural sounds + sound effects) You will have a volume control for each audio input allowing you to customize the overall sound experience. Any audio/music files you are able to DOWNLOAD onto your phone can be directly accessed via the mindLightz App provided you place it into your iTunes library. All outside streaming sources must be initiated/played using their respective streaming App. I hope this answers your question.

Answer:	I primarily use mine with the eyes closed but will occasionally use it with my eyes open. The Pro has brightness or intensity controls so you can lessen the brightness when you want to use the Pro with your eyes open. You can also vary the colors by pressing the small black buttons on the white screen on the glasses.
Question:	What is the multicolor eyeset used for and what is the difference between this and the David Delight Pro without the multicolor eyeset
Answer:	Multicolor eye-set displays different colors. Any other eye-set only displays white light. It's preference. I like the colors.
