Answer:	The in-line button is not a volume control. It's actually the "answer" (and hang-up) button for receiving a call while listening to music. It also puts a call on hold, for privacy at your end or to answer a second incoming call, and it switches between active calls. I think it'll also initiate a phone call while you're listening to music if you have voice dial enabled; if I'm not mistaken, you do that by holding it longer than you would to switch to your next music track. So you weren't really testing "volume buttons."

Answer:	I don't know, mine didn't come with a cover. If you know a seamstress or have a sewing shop in town, they can make a zippered pillow case or two for you. Not expensive.
Question:	is 120 minutes the max time for the timer
Answer:	I bought this pillow (the old version) a year ago and it was amazing! It wore out in less than a year which I kind of expected) so I bought another one and it arrived today. The material is scratchy and the foam is alot denser than the prior one. This one makes a terrible crunchy sound and the new crappy fabric of a cover is super uncomfortable now. Why they changed from cotton to polyester I'd beyond me. Except for the fact that it's cheaper for them to use crappy fabric yet still charge for the more expensive one. Very very disappointed ☹️
