Answer:	Good Morning and thank you for you inquiry about Deep Sleep. Yes, you are correct. One softgel is equal to 30 drops of extract.

Answer:	It's made by the same company but I wouldn't say it's stronger. In fact, per unit mass, I'd say the softgels might be stronger because they are designed to be swallowed, and you are supposed to put 30 drops of the liquid into a glass of water. If you want the best value for money, you should get the softgels, because according to my math it contains 3 times as much actual product but is only twice the price of the liquid.

Answer:	I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills, and can't swallow capsules at all. However, even though this tablet is quite large, I am able to swallow it with a big gulp. It helps that it's coated and smooth.
