Answer:	The gray part that goes over your head is neoprene, but the blue part under your chin is not. The part under the chin actually feels like suede, but I'm not sure exactly what it's made of.

I contacted Treasure Zone to see about a refund. If they don't refund I'm sure Amazon will. If it help's the ResMed's velcro/strap portion is gray as pictured. The knock off I received has a white strap. I had ordered a genuine one in 2017. It lasted me 18 months. I purposely clicked through the link from my order history so I'd get the same thing. I thought this would guaranty me a genuine product as ResMed's durability worth the few extra dollars vs. the cheaper ones.

Answer:	No it does not. This picture is not what you will get. It is a piece of junk-the strap just stretches and does nothing to hold your chin in place. Dont' waste your money.
