Answer:	On the box it says " sized to fit all" I wear them on the lower one third of my nose and I am extremely happy with the result. I do think that the lavender scent aids in falling asleep. I highly recommend the product especially if you have a problem with stuffy nose.

Answer:	The glue works well over night and through the day, for example, if you had a cold and wanted to keep the strip on. To take it off, best if you either wash your face with warm water, especially the strip, or, better, if you shower, get that strip nice and wet and it will dissolve the glue and it will fall off. If you don't wet your face, it will be like tearing off a sticky piece of tape. In that case, pull it off SLOWLY and it won't hurt. Then wash the residue off with warm water.

Question:	Does it scar your nose
Answer:	No. I've used these for years and they really help, BUT, the last time I bought them in a box of 72, I think they were defective. The adhesive sticks to my nose after the strip is removed, and is difficult to get off. I have no idea why this has happened.
