Step 1 - Place the liner on the mask

Place RemZzzs directly on top of the silicone mask cushion. When applicable fold rectangular forehead liner and place on mask forehead piece.

Step 2 - Place the mask and liner against your face

Lean down toward mask, placing nose into the lower half of liner's hole. For full-face masks, RemZzzs may partially cover mouth at this stage of the fitting.

Step 3 - Return to upright position

Press face against RemZzzs while returning the head to a normal upright position. Attach headgear and adjust to a comfortable fit. Note: Step 4 is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure proper fit, keeping the liner in place and preventing skin contact with mask during sleep.

Step 4 - Pull on liner edges for a custom fit

Finally, pull firmly on protruding edges of RemZzzs liner to stretch hole around nose and mouth (or nose for nasal mask) for a custom fit. This should result in a minimum of 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra liner on the outside of the mask. Note: Stretching is very important for optimum performance. The extra liner will curl away from the face.

Question:	anyone know what the return policy is
Answer:	There are 30 liners in the package for the "nose/mouth" face mask. The 2 "squares" are really rectangles for the forehead of another mask design, which has a "brace" on the forehead. The 2 rectangles go under the brace on this mask. I have used both mask designs. I prefer the nose/mouth design, as it is less restrictive in the movement of your head.
Question:	do these fit on resmed air fit f20 small
Answer:	It doesn't say anywhere on the box or on the instructions but it feels like a very soft cotton. The instructions say to use a new one each night and not to use it over 12 hours. The box has 30 liners in it for the mask and only 2 liners for the forehead. I actually change liners once a week and the forehead liner I use for weeks at a time and then I wash and iron it. I can tell if the liner is working because my bi-pap machine (ResMed S9) will show me if there are leaks.
Question:	Why is are there no F20 mask liners
Answer:	Formaldehyde is not listed: Natural Inredients with Aloe Vera: Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Flower Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil.
Question:	Do these cause your scores to change on my air? i am still getting pretty high scores but showing more air leaks even though i feel it is doing well
Answer:	It cleans the mask, not sure about disinfecting. My husband uses one every night even after I use our SoClean machine to disinfect his machine. I would recommend using this as a preventative measure.

Question:	how many times can you reuse these
Answer:	These will cover an F20. Having to cut the hole yourself is a pain and so is trying to line it up again after washing. These also itch. Sleep Restfully makes liners (Large size) that fit an F20 great but they are pricey at $25 a month.
Question:	These have significantly more leak for my resmed mask than Remszzz. Any tips to improve that
Answer:	These liners cause a lot of air leakage which I could not withstand. Only tried it one minute and threw the damn things out. I was using an older mask that I had to crank down so tight to avoid leakages that it left deep impressions for hours in the morning. Then I got a Resmed Mirage Quattro, which is absolutely fabulous. It is very important you get the right size mask and cushion. Mine leaves no marks on my face and you can dial lighter or heavier mask pressure on your face and nose. There are many manufacturers and models of masks out there. Unfortunately very very few truly knowledgeable medical helpers on the market.
Question:	Do they work/fit a resmed quattro full face mask large
Answer:	Absolutely!! I couldn't sleep without them for the first 3 or 4 months. I still use them about every other day. The mask stays alot cleaner using the liners also.

Question:	What kind of cloth is this made of
Answer:	Yes it does. As long as the cup is angled like a throw away beverage cup it will work. It does not work for water or soda bottles as they are straight.
Question:	Does this fit the Respironics wisp nasal mask
Answer:	It's metal. I haven't yet clamped it, so I'm not sure what size of a bar it will fit. One thing I don't like is that the hole for your bottle isn't adjustable. The circle is REALLY wide and I've struggled to find a bottle that fits perfectly. (I haven't yet succeeded)
Question:	Will it fit the f30i Full face
Answer:	The inside is lined with a thin, compressible neoprene foam, probably 3/32" thickness. i presume you want to know what sort of cup diameter would fit in the holder, so in taking these measurements i compressed the foam to approximate how a cup would sit in the unit. using El Cheapo digital calipers, i get:interior diameter at top: 80.38mm or approx 3 5/32"interior diameter at bottom: 77mm or 3.0"other notes:-Every standard 12oz or 16oz paper coffee cup i've tried has fit in just fine. The 12's sit pretty high up on the cup, but it works fine.-i would reiterate, this product is just made really, beautifully, well. -it wouldn't fit on my fatter handlebars, but i was easily able to jury-rig it: disassemble it, reassemble around the bar, and then use a zip tie instead of the thumbscrew. that has worked great.-note about actually using it: almost all popular takeway lids have drink holes at the top that don't positively close, so when you hit a bump your coffee shoots out the drinkhole like a little geyser. prepare for that.

First, slide your hand through the mask liner with the black line towards your knuckles. Use your fingers to spread the liner open.

Question:	does this stop leaks
Answer:	Do they contain alcohol?
Question:	I never received the ebook. How do you access it
Answer:	The ingredients are citrus based and while they do a good job of cleaning my full face cpap mask, I would not use them as a sanitizer wipe. In over 10 years of using a Cpap I never sanitized or disinfected my mask anyway. I have used a 50/50 white vinegar solution on my tubing and washed my mask with a mild liquid dish washing soap weekly.
Question:	I’m wondering if this cover fits an air fit F
Answer:	Use the wipes to wipe down the surfaces that come into contact with your skin since a build up of oils from your skin can be a skin irritant (yes, even though it is skin oil). These wipes make it convenient to do this daily. I use the SoClean ozone sterilizer for sterilization. Skin oil can react to the ozone and turn equipment a yellow-brown color. So, I wipe any surface I can reach (and that is visible) with the same wipe. In other words, I use one wipe per day to remove skin oils. Then I sterilize with ozone once per day. Then every week or so, I wash everything in warm soapy water. 365 days in a year. These wipes are very inexpensive.
Question:	What material is it made out of
Answer:	They do not sanitize the mask but use the ingredient Decyl Glucoside to clean the mask. That is the same chemical agent found in baby shampoo or cosmetic cleaners to the best of my knowledge.

Answer:	I only used it on the Resmed F10. It fit and was a little ho hum.
Question:	Does this fit a nasal mask for only for full face
Answer:	yes!!! That is what I use and since using these have registered ZERO leaks (been 2 months now!) and find them very comfy. Go for it!
Question:	Do you have one that fits the resmed mirage fx nasal mask
Answer:	No it does not remove easily from the liner. It does remove easily from your mask. I sleep better with the liner in place but need to figure out how to remove the tape before washing the liners.
Question:	Is this item returnable? Purchased another brand that which is not returnable and it does not work so I’m out
Answer:	The longevity of this product is somewhat dependent on the use and wash process. We recommend that you change between use and wash before reusing them. We see many users replacing the 10pack after about 4 months.

Answer:	Sorry, there is no place at the top of that mask for the elastic to grasp.

Answer:	I have no idea about these being useable for you. I can tell you that they fit my husbands full face mask. They also fit my mask which is a small woman's mask. As long as the elastic on the mask will fit around your face mask, there's a tiny hole in the middle that you cut to breathe through. In essence the only thing you have to worry about is it fitting around.

Step 1 - Place the liner on the mask

Lay your mask level in your hand. Place the RemZzzs liner directly on top of the silicone mask cushion aligning the top of the holes in the liner with the top of the holes in the mask.

Step 2 - Place the mask and liner against your face

Lean your face downward placing the tip of your nose just above the top hole in the mask liner so that the tip of your nose goes into the mask cushion and the nares (nostrils) line up directly over the top hole in the RemZzzs liner.

Step 3 - Return to upright position

Press face against RemZzzs while returning head to a normal upright position. Attach headgear and adjust to a comfortable fit. Note: Step 4 is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure proper fit, keeping the liner in place and preventing skin contact with mask during sleep.

Step 4 - Pull on liner edges for a custom fit

This should result in a minimum of 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra liner on outside of mask. Note: Stretching is very important for optimum performance. Extra liner will curl away from face.
