Step 1 - Place the liner on the mask

Place RemZzzs directly on top of the silicone mask cushion. When applicable fold rectangular forehead liner and place on mask forehead piece.

Step 2 - Place the mask and liner against your face

Lean down toward mask, placing nose into the lower half of liner's hole. For full-face masks, RemZzzs may partially cover mouth at this stage of the fitting.

Step 3 - Return to upright position

Press face against RemZzzs while returning the head to a normal upright position. Attach headgear and adjust to a comfortable fit. Note: Step 4 is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure proper fit, keeping the liner in place and preventing skin contact with mask during sleep.

Step 4 - Pull on liner edges for a custom fit

Finally, pull firmly on protruding edges of RemZzzs liner to stretch hole around nose and mouth (or nose for nasal mask) for a custom fit. This should result in a minimum of 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra liner on the outside of the mask. Note: Stretching is very important for optimum performance. The extra liner will curl away from the face.

Question:	anyone know what the return policy is
Answer:	There are 30 liners in the package for the "nose/mouth" face mask. The 2 "squares" are really rectangles for the forehead of another mask design, which has a "brace" on the forehead. The 2 rectangles go under the brace on this mask. I have used both mask designs. I prefer the nose/mouth design, as it is less restrictive in the movement of your head.
Question:	do these fit on resmed air fit f20 small
Answer:	It doesn't say anywhere on the box or on the instructions but it feels like a very soft cotton. The instructions say to use a new one each night and not to use it over 12 hours. The box has 30 liners in it for the mask and only 2 liners for the forehead. I actually change liners once a week and the forehead liner I use for weeks at a time and then I wash and iron it. I can tell if the liner is working because my bi-pap machine (ResMed S9) will show me if there are leaks.

Answer:	It cleans the mask, not sure about disinfecting. My husband uses one every night even after I use our SoClean machine to disinfect his machine. I would recommend using this as a preventative measure.

Answer:	The gray part that goes over your head is neoprene, but the blue part under your chin is not. The part under the chin actually feels like suede, but I'm not sure exactly what it's made of.

Answer:	It depends on what seller you buy from. "Treasure Zone" sent me a knock off. There are no refunds. I'm guessing that's because it's a medical device. I contacted Treasure Zone to see about a refund. If they don't refund I'm sure Amazon will. If it help's the ResMed's velcro/strap portion is gray as pictured. The knock off I received has a white strap. I had ordered a genuine one in 2017. It lasted me 18 months. I purposely clicked through the link from my order history so I'd get the same thing. I thought this would guaranty me a genuine product as ResMed's durability worth the few extra dollars vs. the cheaper ones.

Answer:	Yes, these liners fit the large mens mask. Until he started using the liners, my husband couldn't get a snug fit so air was always leaking around the mask. Also, since the liners are pricey he uses the same liner for 3 nights or so with no problems. They are a super soft and thin cotton knit so I could probably hand wash them if I wanted to get multiple uses. Sorry if this was too much information!

Answer:	No......"Gilligan"!!!!!!!!! This is only a Hydrogel, and causes the mask to slide and NOT seal. I went to my local DIVE shop to buy DIVE-Mask pure silicone sealant, and I'm searching on Amazon for a better source and price. A guy came out with a CPAP Wax that he formulated which is a dryer stickier wax for men with beards/facial hair to get the mask to seal called "CPAP Beard Seal". He's using a formulation of some kind of Bee's wax combo that remains tacky and not melt at body-temps., but that's my next purchase .........

Answer:	I’m not sure where it’s listed as a 2 oz but that is a typo. It is definitely a 4 oz tube. Mine will last me well over 3 months. I only use a nasal cushion and I’d bet I get 5-6 months from one tube.

As long as the elastic on the mask will fit around your face mask, there's a tiny hole in the middle that you cut to breathe through. In essence the only thing you have to worry about is it fitting around.

Extends the life of your mask

Sweat and Facial oils deteriorate your mask more quickly. By using a RemZzzs mask liner, you can extend the life of your mask because the liner will absorb the moisture and oils and prevent them from contacting the silicon of the mask.

Wicks moisture and oils away from your skin

The buildup of sweat, moisture and oil between your mask and your face leads to skin irritation and air leaks.

RemZzzs mask liners absorb moisture and oils and create a protective barrier between the mask and your skin so that you can rest comfortably.

Step 1 - Place the liner on the mask

Lay your mask level in your hand. Place the RemZzzs liner directly on top of the silicone mask cushion aligning the top of the holes in the liner with the top of the holes in the mask.

Step 2 - Place the mask and liner against your face

Lean your face downward placing the tip of your nose just above the top hole in the mask liner so that the tip of your nose goes into the mask cushion and the nares (nostrils) line up directly over the top hole in the RemZzzs liner.

Step 3 - Return to upright position

Press face against RemZzzs while returning head to a normal upright position. Attach headgear and adjust to a comfortable fit. Note: Step 4 is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure proper fit, keeping the liner in place and preventing skin contact with mask during sleep.

Step 4 - Pull on liner edges for a custom fit

Finally, pull firmly on protruding edges of RemZzzs liner to stretch hole around nose and mouth (or nose for nasal mask) for a custom fit. This should result in a minimum of 1/2 to 3/4 inch extra liner on outside of mask. Note: Stretching is very important for optimum performance. Extra liner will curl away from face.

Question:	Will the airtouch f20 cushion fit the airfit f20 mask
Answer:	It is a mask that fits the harness for the 20th mask. The f20 cushion is the same as f20 regular mask. The cushion is very comfortable and soft. Just can't clean it like the plastic. It also tears easily after using it for about 2 weeks. Has to be replaced regularly. I love it. Don't have to tighten too much on my face and doesn't leave a mark on my skin.

Answer:	Please allow me to answer your question correctly and in detail! There are 2 types of F20 masks. There is the AirFit F20 and the AirTouch F20 full face mask. The AirFit F20 and the AirTouch F20 are essentially the same mask with one major difference.....they use different cushions. The AirFit F20 comes with a silicone cushion while the AirTouch F20 comes with a memory foam cushion. The AirTouch F20 cushions are the only ones that comes in a rigid plastic container. The AirFit F20 cushion comes in the standard white poly bag with the top perforated opening bag. The AirTouch F20 plastic containers are color coded for the various sizes of cushions. Red is small. Blue is medium and gray is large. Both AirFit and AirTouch cushions are interchangeable on the F20 mask frame. Anything different from what I have described above is not an authentic ResMed product or has been repackaged.
