Answer:	The cable is not very long (27,5 inches, 70 centimeters) so unless you have a PC tower that it´s near, you won´t be able to use it, but the battery last so long, I don´t think you will need it. Just charged when you have had a long playing time. I charged if I have played 8 hours straight, just in case.

Answer:	The headphones are great to start, but they’re made out of really cheap external components. I’m a middle aged adult who plays 4-5 hours a week and keeps meticulous care of my headphones. Within 9 months of purchase the plastic started cracking and eventually split. The headphones are now being held together by superglue and zip ties. They aren’t even a year old as of today. It’s unacceptable to have headphones >$100 and have them fail with a year. A good example of balance is I have a pair of Bose QC25. I wear those almost daily when I travel. I’ve had to repair the ear foam a few times, but 4 years on having worn them hundreds of hours on multiple international flights and they are still holding together well. I wish they made gaming headphones.

Answer:	11-29-2020 - I just received my new xbox wireless adapter for windows 10 specifically so I could connect this turtle beach 600 wireless headset to my pc - it does not connect to the xbox wireless adapter - just sits in endless pairing mode. I have been all over online including Turtle Beach and Microsoft looking for resolution. Turtle beach shows outdated info for older xbox adapter (although it is probably the same except placement of the button) and it does not work according to their instructions. Microsoft only shows info for connecting to one of their controllers - no help with wireless headsets. So if you are buying this with the expectation that it will connect to your windows 10 pc via the xbox wireless adapter for windows 10 then also expect you will be returning them both in utter disappointment. A bonus FYI: the xbox one controller will connect to a windows 10 pc via bluetooth if your pc has it so you don't need the xbox wireless adapter for that.

Answer:	I'm pretty sure it's just the a part of the model number.
Question:	PS4 users, while playing and chatting, are there any cables connected to/from the headset/controller? or only cables between console/transmitter
Answer:	The way it's supposed to work is, the optical cable from the PS4 out to the Turtle Beach transmitter that's paired to the headset via Blue Tooth. Once paired, the audio should come through the the headset via the transmitter. I think most people make the mistake of trying to pair the headset directly to the PS4 which will not work. Currently I have my headset working wirelessly without being jacked into the PS4 controller. How it happened, I honestly don't know because for 30 minutes I could not get it to work wirelessly that way but now it works.

Answer:	The cord is available from the manufacturer (Turtle Beach) from their website. My son has the same headset / cord and accidentally sheared the plug end off. We ordered the replacement cord listed for the Atlas with the same volume control and mic mute switch directly from Turtle Beach's website for 9.95 US I believe plus a few bucks shipping. The Atlas appears to use the same 3 ring / 5 ring 3.5mm plug ends as the Elite Pro so you might be able to use an Elite Pro cable if one is available that is longer or such. Turtle Beach should be able to confirm if this is true.

Answer:	I've never used the Platinum but they are better than the gold series ... They connect simultaneously to your phone so you can listen to music and answer calls. The two dials are better because it's less locations of buttons to memorize, top for game bottom for chat. Sounds are simultaneously heard through the and headset if you want, if not just lower tv volume. 7.1 surround sound is great. You can even watch tutorials on the game through YouTube without having to take off you headset to hear since it plays through your phone to headset.
Question:	Can i use it too wired
Answer:	Yes I use mine wirelessly or wired on my Xbox and only wired on my PS4. Running wired should extend battery life, I am not sure if it still does audio in surround sound on testing using Dolby digital audio tests I can’t tell a difference wired or wireless on audio surround sound or not. Plugged in sounds better to my ear in overall quality which it should Bluetooth is probably never going to reach the fidelity of a wire.

Answer:	Not that I know of. Try cutting a piece of foam to fit around the cushion. Or tell your son to get a headband or other thin headwear that might offset the discomfort.

Question:	Does it have its own independent power supply
Answer:	If you have an older controller WITHOUT the built-in headphone jack, it appears as though you can't...even with the headset adapter and updated firmware on the controller. However, I have an Elite Controller (which has a built-in jack) and there is a new option ("Volume") that appears so it looks as though only the modern controllers allow this. This feature appears to work with any single jack headset/mic combo...such as Sony's Gold Wireless Headset, which I use.
Question:	What is the range of the wireless
Answer:	no，it comes out from both side，you need to mute TV. but you don't need to setup your headset except the first time you might need to update your controller with the adapter connected.

Answer:	Only if you have an old controller. The newer versions have a 3.5 mm headset jack built into the controller. If you have an old version, then yes you will need the adapter, but again, it is included in the box. And of course, you can use this headset with anything that has a 3.5 mm jack on it, I use it for phone calls all the time.

Answer:	It's called mic monitoring, and yes these do have the option to hear your own voice in the mix as well if you want. I hate when I can't hear myself in the mix because I end up yelling and my wife tells me to "keep it down, the kids are in bed".

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.
