Answer:	At first I thought so as I was sleeping sounder but my wife informed me I was still snoring just maybe not as bad. Seems at first I was able to keep my jaw closed but after a couple of weeks my jaw is opening during sleep and starting to snore some. For the $25 for 2 (need to email them for the 2nd one) I think it’s worth it to see if it works for you.

1. This cartridge filter kit is a generic product. It is compatible with all CPAP cleaner and sanitizer with S-C1200 serial numbers.

2. Your new check valve with the arrows goes towards your cpap machine. If it is installed facing the wrong direction, It will not capture any water and your machine will not work.

3. How do I know if my check valve is working? You can put your hand next to the end of check valve which connect with your CPAP machine. Your hand can feel the airflow from your machine, indicating your check valve is working.

4. You may see some black particles on the filter or on your hands; this is normal form and can be wiped off.

5. It is recommended that the filter and check valve are replaced every 6 month. But it is really depends on how many minutes per day you actually have your machine running. I suggest you leave it at default running time.

6. After changing the filter and check valve, please reset the machine to let it know that you have change the filter and let it restart the process of the timer.

How to reset the machine? 

To hold down the HOURGLASS button and MANUAL button together until you see a smiley face icon appear on the display screen. When you see the smiley face icon, the reset is successful.

Answer:	Yes it works with brown 800 ft rolls. We dispense about 1 800 ft roll every day and a half and after a year and 8 months we are still on only our second set of batteries.

Question:	For the ResMed 10 do you have to dump the distilled water reservoir every time you clean the system
Answer:	Not sure but your supplier should know. Look at the width and diameter of the roll and then match to specifications of the Dispenser. We used the unbleached brown towels to save money and worked great. It is an excellent machine with long battery life and superb reliability however. Much nicer than the wave at type of machine. JW

Cleaning your CPAP machine

Use a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Keep the tube as straight as possible and gently work the brush in a back and forth motion, in short strokes, gradually working further inside the tube.



Avoid aggressive use when cleaning. The fan tipped brush will reduce stress to tubing walls. However, it is recommended the CPAP tube be kept straight as possible during cleanings to avoid unnecessary wear or damage.



When done cleaning, thoroughly rinse tube with a stream of cool water, Gently pat the bristles until dry to the touch and hang somewhere where there is air circulation. Carefully loosen and straighten tube brush, maintaining a hold on both ends. Once unwound, we suggest finding somewhere to hang the brush.

Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

User questions & answers

Question:	Does this come with the elbows and if not where can I order those
Answer:	Not sure, but the tubing was terrible. It had a severs dent in one of the folds and the tubing would not straighten out. It would not let the air through the tubing. The tubing itself seemed thin. Unfortunately, my return period had elapsed by the time I used this item. If you haven't gotten this yet, be aware of the potential problems.
Question:	Is this compatible (ends) with philips dreamstation cpap
Answer:	Not in and of itself. Not sure if it could be used with a device that heats the hose.
Question:	Is this tube fit for resmed N
Answer:	Try measuring the diameter of the end of the hose in millimeters, on the one you already have. Some hoses for cpap are 15, narrower, and some are 22mm, the wider one. It can make a difference in the air flow pressure, so it does matter. Hope that helps you.
Question:	My resmed hose has a twist lock on it. i don't see a way to remove it. am i missing something or do you have one for that style
Answer:	All I can tell you is I turn a lot and this never gets in my way. But I think this is mostly due to my mask. This is a good quality hose. Not one of those light ones that fly away and feel flimsy.
