Answer:	I clean my night retainers every morning using water with a few drop of dish detergent in this unit. Once a week I clean with a retainer brite tablet. To avoid scratching I never brush them. They remain very clean

Answer:	Yes you use it daily like brushing your teeth daily. The packet contains sample cleaning powder which is used to remove stains and buildups, to prevent them from occurring and for disinfection (weekly). You can get the full size bottle (8OZ) if needed.

P4820's Safety Certifiate

All our ultrasonic cleaners bear a safety certificate label underneath the tank. It identifies UL and CSA (for Canada) safety tests certificates. HF used to sell the same model as our P4820 but they switched to a low quality copy of P4820 in 2016 without any safety certificate. A proper safety certificate not only indicates safety qualification, it also represent certain quality qualifications. Customers should not use an electrical product without a proper safety certificate.

I allow about 3 hours to completely clean my CPAP equipment. Most of the time is waiting. I do not attend the machine while it is cleaning the pieces. I spend maybe 20 minutes total in changing the bath water, preparing & rinsing the cleaned pieces, and finally rinsing the machine afterwards.

Answer:	Folks might be a little busy right now. When I purchased the UV-C Light UV Cleaner Bag there was quite a bit of info. Also, I wanted UV-C, 'C' being the important part for my needs and the 'C' wasn't the easiest to find, especially in this size. I wanted to get shoes, melons, etc., inside; not just electronics.

Answer:	Yes, it may be better to disinfect them separately. Because UV-C rays only travel in a straight line, if put them together, they may be blocked due to overlapping and cannot achieve a good disinfection effect. The recommended method of use is to sterilize separately, and open the object, sterilize it once for outside, once for inside. If can open the object completely and let the UVC light shine on its surface, then 5 minutes once is enough.
