| Answer: | Can’t stand Orajel. Rip off. This works on an individual basis, but for me, about 30 mins., as long as I keep my tongue off of it and no fluids. If the pain is really bad I add a heating pad on low heat, that will get me about 40 mins.But as I said, everyone is different and you have to pack it good. |
