Answer:	I blow mine up like a balloon after using to help get water out of all the folds, then I leave it inflated without the cap upside down on a towel to dry. Emptying/drying the bags after each use so there's no stagnant water inside will definitely help keep mold away. I've never had any mold/odor issues, but you can always wash the insides occasionally with a little soap/water, vinegar, etc. These are pretty big for a lunch box though. Wouldn't reusable gel packs be easier?
