Answer:	No, it will turn off automatically as a safety feature.
Question:	Does this heating pad maintain constant temperature? I have 3 heating pads that get hot at first then change to warm fairly quickly
Answer:	Not so much. For the first hour, I would say the heating pad is warm enough on the highest setting (6), but then I turn it off and then back on again to get it to maximum warmth. I have since ordered another heating pad to replace this one and I'm hoping for better results.

Answer:	I hand wash mine. You can disconnect cord and wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Dryer or line dry completely before plugging back in!!!!

Answer:	Hi Jodi. Our wrap is designed to be used as a hot wrap. This is where it really shines. It provides deep, penetrating heat and subtle aromatherapy every time it is microwaved. Yes, you may cool it in the freezer and use it as a cool wrap. However, please know that it won't stay cold for very long. You may be able to get about 5 minutes of cold/cool therapy and then you would have to place it in the freezer again. If you are looking for a wrap to use primarily for cold therapy, there are better options out there; cooling requires a different design in order to maintain the cold longer. If you'd like to use it as a cold wrap, we recommend placing the wrap in a large ziplock bag (to keep it clean and to prevent it from absorbing freezer odors) and keeping it in the freezer for at least an hour prior to use. If you were to flatten and straighten the wrap, it measures 24 inches from side to side, 10.5 inches front to back, and up to 1.5 inches in thickness. The neck portion is up to 4.5 inches tall in the midline and gradually tapers off toward the sides. The Huggaroo wrap weighs 3.5 lb. DIRECTIONS

• Put on a clean, dry plate first. Then put the plate with the wrap on the microwave carousel.
• Microwave for 1:30 the very first time.
• If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 30 sec (to max heating time of 4 min).
• Be patient - do not increase the heating time by more than 30 sec. Do not overheat!
• Cool wrap to room temp between heating cycles.

Question:	Is there one that is unscented
Answer:	I like to heat water in a pan on my stove top, then once it begins to boil I remove the pan from heat, stick the pack in and out the lid on. About 5 mins or so in that hot water is enough! I’ve found the microwave will heat packs but also since it’s radiation it destroys at least a little of whatever goes in it, each time. So everything wears out fast when it gets heated in he microwave. I haven’t found one of the therapy packs ever really wear down with the hot water method- simply some loss of color in some packs a blue vinyl type outer. Hope this helps!
Question:	Is it washable or does it have a washable cover
Answer:	I use it 15 minutes on and 15 off. I initially allowed it freeze overnight. After that I use it for 15 minutes on and 15 off. I put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes and it's just as cold as when I first took it out of the freezer.
Question:	This question was asked more than once, but it wasn't answered satisfactorily. How do I know which weight to choose? Is it based on my weight/size
Answer:	It's soft vinyl. It's not fabric. I usually use it with a pillowcase and it works great.

Question:	Does it heat all the way around? Or just in the back
Answer:	A couple tips: I give it a like spray with some canola oil first so it's easy to wipe down after. Also, if you have a full tortilla, press down slowly--the heat will help it come together but trying to close it too fast will make the lock mechanism break. I buy 8 inch tortilla's place one on, put in whatever filling you like (cheese, peppers, pepperonie etc) place another tortilla on top and close. Timing is relative, if you hear a sizzle, the cheese is melted enough! But I will open and check every couple minutes.
Question:	The instructions say both to fold it up and to spread it out in the microwave. Which is it? How long should it go in the microwave? Thank you
Answer:	Sorry. It worked for ours. We use it for the winter. It won't generate chlorine but if it freezes you won't lose your salt cell.

Answer:	mine did not come with a cover. but we put towels in the microwave when warming it to protest it from any thing that may be on the inside of microwave that could get on it.
