Answer:	It may be a little big for your wrist, but I'm sure you could make it work (wrap all the way around perhaps?). I would certainly pull this out first if I injured my wrist and give it a whirl before I tried a new icing method! Good Luck!!

Answer:	You only need one wrap, but two ice packs means you always have a reserve pack to slip into the wrap and continue icing.

Answer:	Both cold and heat packs stay that way about 30 minutes. It is recommended you only use either for 20 minutes at a time so plenty of time to stay cold or hot when you need it. I think the cold pack takes a few hours to get really cold again in the freezer before you can use it again.

Answer:	The internal cushion is two inches thick. The removable cover makes it about two and 3/16 inches thick.

Answer:	Is not itchy. It is a great product because of several features: 1-the memory foam will form itself to your seat. (I have the bonmedico combination of seat and connected back as one piece. Fits like a like a glove after a few hours sitting - watching tv or whatever for super support, especially for my lower/mid back aches. My backaches literally disappear when I sit in the seat/back unit. 2- the covering is actually made of several layers of aerated woven material which brushes off easily and 3-it will feel like it was custom fitted to you like no other cushion. I can sit in it for hours without discomfort. I am a man so can't comment about skirt comfort. It doesn't seem to wear out as I have been sitting in/on it for over six months now and will buy another, but so far no signs of wear.
