Answer:	Yes, I've been able to do so with no difficulty. As long as you make sure the inks you're useing is dry and you don't have any embossing that falls on the roll in case of cracks to the embossed part if you're using anything like that to decorate them.

They may contain latex, but the only time they touch your skin is when you stick them on. If you're extremely allergic to latex, I guess you could use rubber gloves to put them on. In contrast to the previous answer, I have found Cura-Heat to be EXTREMELY helpful in relieving lower back/shoulder pain. Answer:	I've not tried this brand but the one's I've used are the pocket size and those give off a lot of heat and I don't think I'd want to put this against my skin! Now, if these are designed to wear against your skin then I can't imagine them giving off the same kind of heat as the pocket ones so my guess would be to try them and see. My money is on the pocket packs for the most heat I'd personally be afraid to wear anything that generates heat next to my skin. Good Luck!
