Over time, good quality linen will get softer and softer and last for decades, this linen is heirloom quality and will look as good as new in many many years. But it will never be like silk! Our linen is certified French (from France) and the cases are sewn in China.

Answer:	I would find an exact fit for the pillowcase! Finding a pillow with almost exact dimensions helps it not slide around. I have ones that fit and they don’t move at all,

Answer:	I have not idea. I keep mine in the freezer which I believe would kill germs. If mine get something on it I wipe it with cold water. If they get really dirty I buy new ones.

Answer:	The one I received is unscented. Though I have issues with scents and particulates I have not had any problem with this pillow. I love it! The only complaint I have is I would like the pillow to stay cooler longer; I plan to order more to always have at least two available in the freezer.

Answer:	This can be used for hot and cold therapy. Cold-----put in plastic bag and put into freezer 1/2 hour. For heat therapy mist it with water and place in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 mins. May have to repeat if not hot enough. I am a nurse and this worked for me. If you use the oven but it on a cookie tray and heat at warm or 200 degrees for about 10 mins, if not hot enough, leave in longer. If oven heating be sure to check often. It should be warm too touch. Not hot !

Answer:	Yes it is. The flax seeds contains moisture especially when new. It will still be moist but not that much after repeated use. If you like moist heat, you may spray water before microwaving. Answer:	I haven’t used this with heat but I think the instructions did say that you could. It comes with a gel mask to put in the freezer for headaches. This was my favorite purchase for 2017! This will be yours too. I intend to give these as gifts in 2018

Answer:	I just took mine out to maximum strap length and also stretched it out. I would say 19 inches is about the absolute max, at stretched out point. I wouldn't guarantee a 22 inch extension, which seems really large.
Question:	How long doesthe strap extend
Answer:	well, it's adjustable, so hard to say, but it seems about 15" if extended all the way. I have a normal size female head, and I've got it almost doubled over. It's very comfortable, and doesn't move during the night. hope that helps.

Answer:	Place it in freezer 5or more days to kill any supposed worms eggs that might fikd its way. Lol. I do that now with flour and foods anyways. Better be safe than sorry. The flour, cornmeal, grits, etc. from the South is known to have eggs.
