Question:	is the gel pack sewn into the vinyl
Answer:	I haven't used it with these ones yet (actually looking to buy them now), but for ones that say they can be used with hot water, you need to keep in mind that you *cannot* use boiling water with them, as that will weaken (and possibly melt) the materials they're made out of. The recommended temperature is usually around 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about the hottest your tap can get. I usually put tap water in (whatever comes out when I first turn it on, not as hot as it can be, as my water takes *forever* to heat up, heh) and then pour in boiling water until it feels comfortable - hot but not burning - on my skin, and I've not had one break or leak on me yet. :)

Answer:	If you read the info on this product it says it is microwaveable. If you read the info further down it says how long to heat It for. I don’t like this product because it is too stiff to wrap when cold. Have not tried to microwave but it says it can be done.

Answer:	I wear a woman's 8 so this wrap should fit you nicely. The wrap measures 10 inches at it's longest and 6 inches at the widest point. My ankle swells and is 11 1/2 inches around. One of the nicest features of this product is the bow shape, it nicely wraps around my foot/ankle and is held in place by the strap with a velcro end.

In 36 years as a practicing Physician, I've seen what works + doesn't work for hot + cold therapy for acute + chronic pain relief. My patients have used many products that didn't work. Some don't fit. Some leak. Liquid gel will clump leaving areas with no gel. Some get too hot or cold in spots while other parts are not hot or cold enough. Unique Design

Our slim multi-purpose packs have adjustable straps allowing use for any body part. Your pack can be used for head ache, migraines, face + dental pain, nerve pain relief, upper & low neck pain relief, shoulders, elbow, wrist, hands.

We incorporated a different material for each side of the pack. The plush side is more comfortable and is used for milder heat and cold and can also be used for moist therapy while the plastic side results in hotter and colder pain relief. Microwavable Heating Pad Provides Fast Pain Relief

1. Start with a room temperature Gel Beads Pack.

2. Wrap the Gel Pack in a moist cloth or paper towel and place the Pack in the center of a clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides). Make sure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as “browning” or “convection.”

3. Microwave initially for 20-30 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave.

4. Check to make sure the Hot Pack is not too hot before you apply it to your skin.

5. If more warmth is required, reheat for an additional 5-10 seconds until it is warm enough.

Before reheating, knead the Pack gently to make sure the Gel Beads are evenly distributed, and that no part of the Pack is too hot. This can sometimes happen at the edge of the Pack, due to the nature of microwave heating. Rotate the Pack 180 degrees and reheat as needed.

6. DO NOT keep the Pack on your skin longer than is comfortable. The Hot Pack should not be applied for more than 20 minutes.

COOLING INSTRUCTIONS-

1. Place your pack in freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours, or until desired temperature is achieved.

2. Check to make sure the temperature of the pack is suitable before application.

DIRECTIONS



Cold Therapy

1. Keep the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours
2. Insert the frozen cold pack in the pouch
3. Apply the ice pack with strap to the affected area for 20 minutes

Heat Therapy



In hot water

1. Boil a pot of water
2. Take the pot off the heat
3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 10 minutes
4. Insert the hot pack in the pouch
5. Apply to the affected area

In the microwave

1. Place the gel pack in the microwave, making sure the gel is evenly distributed
2. Microwave the gel pack for a period of 20-30 seconds at medium setting, check for desired temperature, and microwave again, as needed
3. Apply to the affected area

Answer:	We primarily use ours for smoothies (with the straw). Our smoothies are same thickness as the ones in the baby food pouches.
Question:	Is it possible to purchase just the sleeve
Answer:	The green sprouts® Glass Sip & Straw Cup was designed for babies ages 6 months and up when using the sippy spout, and 9 months and up using the straw top.
Question:	How wide is the strap
Answer:	It's kinda like both. It's similar to a bottle where they do have to suck it in order for it to come out, but it's spill proof. It's more of a transitional thing to get them from bottles more into sippy cup types.
