Answer:	10 minutes at best. Trying to ice my knee and have to use a wrap to hold it against my knee. Begins to lose it's coldness about 5 minutes in. Definitely looking to get a longer lasting one. A 20 minute icing is needed.

Answer:	I previously reported that there are no heating coils in the neck area. At the time I bought my first one, there were none, but something happened to my heat setting button, I returned it. They replaced it with one that does have heating coils in the neck and flaps. So now my answer is a resounding yes!!!

Answer:	No, it's not chargeable. It must be plugged into an outlet or power strip to work, but it does have a pretty long cord.

Answer:	It should, but it may depend on how broad your shoulders are. If your shoulders are broad, the part of the pad that covers your shoulders may make it so that the ends of the pad don't extend all the way to your shoulder joint. Don't know how much of a problem that would be for you. I'm a large woman, and it works well for me. It comes with a long strap to secure the pad at the waist. I don't use the strap because I use it on my office chair, and it stays in place. The strap should be plenty long enough for a large guy.
Question:	Does the neck part have heat to it? Also, does the top and front part of the shoulders have heat
Answer:	I've found that yes, the neck and shoulders have heat, but not as much as the back. I'm always using it at the highest setting, so that may be what accounts for my experience being different from someone else's.

Heat Therapy:

* Clean the microwave carousel firstly to remove any oil or food residue.

*Then put on a clean, dry plate on the microwave carousel, and place the neck heating pad microwavable flat on the plate.

* Microwave the heating pads for cramps for 120 sec the very first time. (For non-carousel microwaves, microwave the product for 60 sec the very first time, then rotate it 180° and microwave it another 60 sec).

* Light touch the heating pad for neck before use. If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 30 sec (Be patient, do not increase the heating time by more than 30 sec).

Expect 20 min heat therapy

Answer:	I ordered mine in December so it came cold but was not on my porch longer than 20 minutes. It didn’t take long to get cold after my first use and I folded it into a nice little square to fit in the freezer so it had layers to go through but lay it flat and it gets cold pretty quick. I’m ordering 2 more now so I always have an extra since my daughter uses it as well. I laid it on my bed and laid on top of it until it was warm. I love this and seeing that I take meds that heat my body up, this will be great in summer when my internal furnace kicks in and I don’t want to freeze everyone else out by turning up the air conditioning.
