How to use:

1. To loosen and remove the cap turn it counter-clockwise.

2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with either cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.

3. Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured tightly on the ice bag.

4. Turn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage.

5. Apply to desired area.

Answer:	I haven't used it with these ones yet (actually looking to buy them now), but for ones that say they can be used with hot water, you need to keep in mind that you *cannot* use boiling water with them, as that will weaken (and possibly melt) the materials they're made out of. The recommended temperature is usually around 140-160 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about the hottest your tap can get. I usually put tap water in (whatever comes out when I first turn it on, not as hot as it can be, as my water takes *forever* to heat up, heh) and then pour in boiling water until it feels comfortable - hot but not burning - on my skin, and I've not had one break or leak on me yet. :)

Answer:	Yes, I have the smaller size and it is one solid product. The vinyl is good quality, yet malleable, and the gel inside stays evenly distributed. I highly recommend you purchase this particular icepack because it also stays cold for quite awhile (I’ve never clocked the time, but I’d say mine stays cold for about a .5/.75 hours in room temp) and refreezes quite fast.

Answer:	That’s where I put one and the other in the freezer for immediate use. Works fine.
Question:	What is the warranty? I've had two out of the three ice pack I've owned leak. How do you stand by your product
Answer:	In my freezer they stay malleable. They stay cold for about a 20 minute application. Then I re-freeze. I have about 6 gel packs I keep in rotation. A Nordic Ice pack (used to ship refrigerated drugs) is rock solid and stays hard about 5 hours. It fits in the larger sleeve and I used that at night. The sleeves are fantastic for strapping around the knee. Two strung together can strap around the torso (following breast surgery). This is a handy product.
Question:	Is "proprietary gel" non-toxic? I have found that all ice packs leak eventually, and don't want toxic chemicals in my freezer or on my skin
Answer:	Yes, absolutely! And they will freeze solid, so do not apply directly to skin (to avoid freezer-burns): just apply over clothing or wrap in cloth/paper towel/etc.
Question:	How long does it remain cold? This was asked already, with all giving positive answers, but there are dozens of people who say it only lasts 5-15 min
Answer:	They CAN wrap around right from the freezer but given a few minutes they can comfortably wrap around. There is natural stiffness to begin with but not impossible.

Question:	How durable are they when used cold? About how many uses before they leak
Answer:	10 minutes at best. Trying to ice my knee and have to use a wrap to hold it against my knee. Begins to lose it's coldness about 5 minutes in. Definitely looking to get a longer lasting one. A 20 minute icing is needed.
