Question:	Is this a practical purchase for just "at home" use? All the reviews seem to be for travel
Answer:	You could use it for home use. But depending how often you go, the batteries run down within about a week or less. And if you drop it, it is easy to break, depending on how bad the drop. When I travel I always carry a back up as I really need a bidet after having had some certain surgeries. There are also different brands that are charged by USB ports that are good too. These require no batteries. But for home use, I use a Bio Bidet toilet seat. They are expensive but work very well. Again there are other brands and a variety of designs of these.

Question:	Does this work with Koehler Santa Rosa elongated toilets
Answer:	IT should work with almost any toilet, as long as it has a standard water connection. Elongated or round should not matter. What you want to be aware of is that the does matter. If you are using the stock one that came with the toilet, it will probably sit wrong on the luxe bidet and eventually break it. Go to your store of choice and invest in a quality toilet seat that has a flat bottom. I found that the only ones that were right were made of wood -- plastic were always tapered, and the back part of the seat will press on the luxe bidet and over time, it will develop stress fractures. With my replacement, I carefully chose a new seat and it fits perfectly. Since I did that, it works flawlessly.
Question:	My toilet has a solid brass water supply line, which will need to be replaced with a braided steel hose. Does this bidet kit include that hose

Answer:	I have purchased 4 of this item in the past 4 months. The first one purchased in November, paid $32.35, 2nd and 3rd in February and March 10th for same price $32.35. The 4th just 4 days later March 14th I paid $81.88. Now if that is not price gouching I don’t know what is. It’s ridiculous I bought these items for elderly people who absolutely needed the bidet. I would hope that the seller has scruples and refunds me the difference from first 3 to what I paid for 4th.

The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is a cold water mechanical bidet, equipped with a single wash nozzle and dual control knobs that are simple to operate. During use, the nozzle drops below the guard gate and retracts when not in use. The Neo 120 features an innovative self-cleaning sanitary nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh water. The bidet comes with standard US fittings and everything needed for installation.

Self-Cleaning Nozzle

In addition to the hygienic benefits of the retractable nozzle and guard gate, this model also features a nozzle cleaning mode to thoroughly rinse the nozzle. To activate nozzle cleaning, simply turn the mode dial to the right, then turn the water pressure dial to the highest pressure setting. The bidet features dual chrome-plated knobs that allow the user to select a mode and then activate and adjust water pressure. With clearly defined settings on the control panel, the bidet can easily be operated by children and the elderly.

Nozzle Guard Gate & Retracting Nozzle

The hygienic nozzle guard gate shields the nozzles and ensures the bidet is always ready for clean operation. The guard gate opens manually for access to the nozzles. The retractable nozzles only drop below the gate when the bidet is turned on. When no water is running to the bidet, the nozzles will remain retracted and under double protection behind the nozzle guard gate.

Designed to Fit Any Toilet

Our Neo Bidets are designed to fit comfortably under standard toilets with zero gap between the seat and the bowl. Thinner designs in the market offer no advantage in the fitting of the bidet under the seat, as any interference with the seat is not the result of the thickness of the bidet but the result of the nozzle housing extending into the bowl. In fact, going slimmer than 9mm can take away the strength and durability of the bidet while offering no advantage. Our bidet will fit under any seat that a slimmer design can fit under.

Answer:	Here is what my experience has been with these. At home I have bidet seats as I truly need a bidet when I use the restroom after some surgeries I have had. So when I travel or go out, I carry a portable bidet with me. I have found these rechargeable ones to be very fragile if they are dropped. Also I do not know how long the 100 battery cycles should be, but mine have each died with in three to six months. I have taken to using one that runs on batteries.
